• Will the zipper on your new pants be radioactive?
The US Dept of Energy (DOE) plans to dump 14,000 tons of radioactive scrap metal into the marketplace for use in the manufacturing of consumer products, such as zippers, belt buckles, eyeglass frames, jewelry, watches, silverware, toys, pet bowls and leashes. This action is being fast-tracked, with little regard for public comment. Source: http://www.huntingtonnews.net/63589 http://consortiumnews.com/2013/02/04/recycling-radioactive-metals-disputed/

  • Pass Gun Control Laws
We have 3 Daughters ,who in the future will get married and have children. I don't want them or us or anyone who has children to have to worry about them being outside in the world ; front yard , school, playground , mall, movies, anywhere . This is suppose to be land of the free not land of the scared to be anywhere , anyday! People of the United States being safe should be top priority not how many gun sales are being made !!!

  • WE PETITION THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION TO Demand a law to allow the Fed to buy zero percent perpetu...
Whereas our federal government is not a business that must balance its budget, but rather a sovereign state that can create any amount of fiat currency, need never borrow, and can never become insolvent, we are limited only by time, material, labor, and productive capacity and not by a lack of dollars so that our problem is not an excess of necessary federal spending but an excess of unnecessary borrowing, To finance WW II, the Fed pegged Treasury bonds at an almost-zero interest rate and bought as many bonds as Treasury needed to pay the nation’s wartime salaries. After the war, consumers spent their savings on homes and cars, starting 35 years of prosperity without harmful inflation, This law would let the Treasury spend even with a deficit and still not increase the national debt.

  • Modification of Section 5610 of California Streets and Highway Code
This law currently forces property owners to maintain public sidewalks fronting their property even if the damage to the sidewalk has been caused by the negligence of others. It imposes an unfair burden on property owners to take on the costs of maintenance of public property, when in nearly all other cases, maintenance of public property is the responsibility of the city, having access to both the pooled resources of the community and who hold the ability to tax and sell bonds for such repairs.
