Reduce Mass-Shooting VictimsI'm a gun collector, (including AR-15), a 15yr carry-permit holder, and 200 acre wildlife habitat/ hunting land manager. In addition to 100% background/ registration requirement and enhanced security and mental health provisions, I support, as an immediate STEP ONE: BAN HIGH-CAPACITY MAGAZINES - Not Guns. No haggling over gun possession/ design*.. or 2nd Amendment**. Simply Outlaw Possession of any magazine/ clip (or other device) capable of feeding more than 10 bullets; (similar to silencer/ suppressor ban). 30 Days to turn in or destroy, after which federal/ felony; $10,000 fine, prison time, loss of gun ownership right. Results: 1. 40% to 75% fewer bullets fired per incident.. and numerous 'reload breaks' (Tucson) 2. Hundreds to thousands fewer gun deaths, injuries annually. 3. Over $1/2 Billion less cost to economy from gunshot deaths each year. * Semi-automatic hunting rifles, pistols and assault carbines have the same RPM (rounds per minute) firing rate if fed from high-capacity magazine; all are semi-automatic, auto-loading weapons. Auto feed drums of 6-50 rounds for shotguns also have no functional purpose other than mass-murder. ** 2nd Amendment permits individuals to possess a muzzle-loaded, single-shot, flintlock fired weapon. Revolvers didn't even exist until 44 years after the amendment; magazine/ clips, 100 years later. http://www.phillyburbs.com/my_town/warrington/second-amendment-written-with-flintlock-in-mind/article_e020f84b-2f47-52ac-8a2b-023cdcf95906.html2 of 100 SignaturesCreated by JS

Congress: Sign pledge to reject contributions from gun lobbyThere is no reason not to enact meaningful federal gun legislation. If all members of congress would vow to reject contributions from the gun lobby they would be free to truly vote their conscience.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Thomas L. Ramsey

Remove United States Attorney , Carmen M. Ortiz ,District Of MassachusettsOrtiz used her position to bully Aaron Swartz, the computer programmer and internet freedom activist, on dubious charges. Swartz passionately believed in Internet freedom, civil liberties, making information and knowledge as available as possible. Ortiz pursued him for this reason, and no other. Help us Redeem 14 year old George Stinney Jr.1944 in the Columbia, South Carolina a 14 year old African American boy named George Stinney Jr. was executed (via electrocution) for a crime that he did not commit. Accursed of murdering two white girls, his trial from jury selection to sentencing only lasted one day. During that trial no evidence was presented, and the attorney that was assigned to be his public defender was a tax attorney, who never tried a case, never called a witness, (not even George) and never cross examined any of the prosecutions witness. And it should not be a surprise to know that all of the trial records have been lost. After his family was run out of town, he was sentence to die, leaving no one to fight for this young boys life. He was used as a patsy by local and state officials to cover for the person that actually committed the crime and for political gain. George was the youngest ever to be executed in the 20th century and this execution was a blatant violation of his civil rights. A violation that South Carolina is still covering up today, some 68 years later.117 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Ray Brown

Credit History PrivacyMany of those seeking employment in the current economy have have been unemployed or underemployed for some time. As a consequence their ability to meet financial obligations is impeded and their credit score suffers. Using an individuals credit score as a factor in determining whether or not to offer someone a job is unfair. A credit score has no bearing on an individual's ability to perform a job.6 of 100 SignaturesCreated by S. Luellen

Ask PNC to stop lying about our payments + credit history and refinance our home at current lower...PNC bank mislead us about a hardship program in which we participated by telling us that we were eligible for a "special Obama program". Although we were eligible, they failed to tell us that they were not putting us into that program. Despite the fact that we always paid all the payments agreed upon, they have reported us as being delinquent on our mortgage. Now, they will not refinance our mortgage at the lower rates, and no other bank will either because PNC has reported us as delinquent on payments. PNC engages in MANY fraudulent practices.
