Reduce the Culture of ViolenceI have two ideas for some one to consider. You guys will have to do the work I don't have time. 1. Limit the TV News coverage these "mass shooters" receive, that's half their deal, to go down in history and make a big splash. 2. While you can't fight the 1st and 2nd Amendments, you could create a Task Force to administer a "Non-violent Movie and Computer Game" incentive for Hollywood and the Gaming Industry. Create a 10 million prize for the 'best' in a 'Movie' and a 'Game' category for best Non-violent movie or game. If you can't ban it or fight it, turn it around, create an incentive for what you want to see, for a new direction! There are already so many semi automatic weapons on the black market, a new ban simply will NOT prevent a 'nutcase' from getting a hold of one. Somebody sent this to President Obama, would ya? Regulate the sale of ammunitionWith 300 million guns already on our streets, current proposals to close the gun show loophole and ban assault style weapons and large magazine clips are necessary but insufficient steps to curbing gun violence. Also needed is the regulation of ammunition sales.7 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Rosemary Ryan

Wisconsin Does Not Want to Become a Right-to-Work StateKeep Wisconsin a strong union-friendly state. Right-to-work laws weaken the unions, and it has been known for decades that right-to-work states have lower wages and lesser-quality benefits and a lower standard of living than states with a strong union legacy, such as Wisconsin. You only need to look at the poverty rampant in states like Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana, states with strong right-to-work laws, to see how bad right-to-work is for the citizens and the state economies. States like Wisconsin with strong pro-labor histories have higher wages, better benefits, and a higher standard of living for their citizens than their right-to-work counterparts. This is not union propaganda, but established fact. We do not want to follow in the steps of Michigan and have right-to-work rammed down our throats in the dead of night.6 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Elizabeth Martiniak

License for owning and/or using a gunDue to the problems that we have experienced in this country in recent year, I think it is time that a Federal Gun license be needed for owning or using a gun. We have fishing licenses for fishing, so why not for shooting? It would have to be needed in every state. If the parent in a family owns a gun and he or she lets her children use it, they would have to have a license too. The background check would be done in order to get a license, and it would need to be renewed, just like a drivers license,2 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Birgitta Brandenstein

Cable Television Providers: Allow Professional Sports Licensing Fee Opt-out!According to the Wall Street Journal (March 8, 2010), roughly __40%__ of your cable television bill pays for professional sports licensing fees. The NFL's 2011 revenue (a 501(c)(6) non-profit that pays no taxes) was over $9 Billion! If you don't watch professional sports, why pay for it?!6 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Aaron Peterson

Stop civil liberties discriminationTo encourage all governmental and non-profit organizations to stop using violent tones or hateful tones against actions that are protected by the constitution. This includes Pro-choice, freedom of speech, firearm owners, civil servants, the right to assemble and many hateful and bitter statements of areas that should be protected by the rights of the people. Democracy is not about the masses preferred choice but the rights of the individual to be able to provide a resource for the greater community.3 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Samara LaBelle
