I'm asking each of my friends and family to call out all those reoublicans who voted against relief for those east coast states in need of relief! The east coast is suffering and temperatures are dropping. So, everyone call them out NOW!

Congress should amend the federal tax code to bar pharmaceutical companies from deducting the cost of the ads as a business expense. Drug advertisements are some of the most indecent intrusions into American living rooms via TV. A new study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine found that direct-to-consumer drug advertising may be associated with increased drug prices -- and little else. This petition would not bar drug companies from advertising such products as male performance enhancing drugs or urinary catheters on TV. It would only disallow deducting the $5 Billions+ per year from their business taxes. They could exercise their right to free speech, but would have to pay for it without the tax subsidy from taxpayers.

We Need to Legalize Medicinal Marijuana, hemp producion and Decriminalize Small Amounts of Marijuana under a 1/2 ounce in N.Y. Many people would benefit from the medicinal properties of marijuana. There are over 700,000 marijuana arrests made in this country costing billions for incarceration. Decriminalization of amounts of 1/2 ounce and under would greatly reduce prison over crowding and the costs that go with it. Re-legalizing hemp production would be a great financial boom to N.Y. farmers and hemp product producers because hemp production has not been legalized any where else in the U,S, Hemp currently all hemp products made in the U.S. is from hemp shipped from Canada. Hemp production was mandatory by law in the first 13 colonies because rope, oil and textiles were in great demand and still are. there is even a historical land mark on north creek rd. in Palmyra, N.Y. which is a field where hemp was grown..So please pass these laws to make N.Y. thrive from all the benefits of legalizing hemp production and medicinal marijuana and the decriminalizing of small amounts of marijuana.Thank you on behalf of me William English and my fellow petitioners.

Even though his own district has been on the receiving end of millions of dollars in Federal Aid, he voted NO to help out our fellow citizens!

People with no children pay more in taxes than married people with children. I shouldn't be taxed more to pay for their children's education when it was their choice to get married(which same sex couples cannot in most states) and have children to receive a tax credit.
