The Rocky Mountain Front in Montana is one most ecologically rich and pristine areas left in the lower 48 states; from the Blackfeet Indian Reservation and Glacier National Park south to Augusta, Montana. This pristine landscape and some of the highest water and air quality in the nation is currently threatened by indiscriminate oil and gas drilling using unregulated hydraulic fracturing; which involves the use of highly toxic chemicals and large quantities of precious surface and ground water for drilling. Chemicals such as benzyl chloride, benzene, toulene and many others and unregulated placement of well pads near rivers, lakes, streams and rural residences pose a direct threat to the health of people and environment. We petition a ban on fracking on the Rocky Mountain Front, Montana.

With all the false adds that ran during the elections in the last 2 years, this would be one way to clean up politics. Anyone knowingly advertising or campaigning false facts will be fined the price of the add they ran and damages to the victim of the add. They will also need to run an add to denounce the false add at the same time the false add was ran. Winning a political race should be done with the same honesty and dignity as we expect them to run our country and government!!!.

Parents and community members in Manhattan's School District 6 are asking the CEC and DOE to table the issue of "school choice" currently under consideration. CEC6 and the DOE have not provided any evidence that dezoning has benefited other school districts or that it achieves its stated purposes or that it would benefit our children or ensure that everyone has access to good schools. president obama has signed off on a bill that will require all Americans to be implanted with RF ID tags. he claims this to be for health benefits. however we should not have to subject ourselves to that kind of invasion of privacy. if this goes on, in 2014 every newborn child will have this tag implanted at birth.

I have been reading how citizens have become frustrated with congress leaving on vacation and not settling issues before leaving. They should not be allowed payment, just like any other citizen that does not work. Also, they should not be allowed any type of retirement funding by the people, and should save as many Americans do when they retire. This also includes healthcare.

Higher education in the U.S. is being hijacked by vast amounts of cash flooding the campaign coffers of those who purport to represent us. Thanks to endless lobbying and limitless cash that has been showered upon members of Congress, including and especially House Speaker John Boehner, student loans have been stripped of all basic consumer protections. As long as our leaders in Washington continue to line their pockets with Sallie Mae's money, student loan borrowers will continue to get the shaft.

Many fashion companies are producing overseas where people are treated like slaves. We are all affected by the criminal activities of the banking industry. People are defrauded and they lose their retirement, their homes, and their hope for the future and faith in the entire system. When bankers act criminally they must be prosecuted for fraud, drug laundering and any other crime.
