Atlanta Public Transportation ImprovementsIncreasing Atlanta's public transportation would be extremely important to help cut down on traffic throughout the city. Imagine how many people would not need a car to get to work or to the store because they could rely on a MARTA system that actually runs throughout the whole city. Many people in Atlanta may not be able to afford a car, or can barely afford a car. The service that ample bus routes or train stops could provide to those individuals would greatly improve their quality of life, allowing them to get to work, to the store, or just to a friends house, without the stress of automotive bills piling up day by day. Furthermore, individuals living in the surrounding suburbs would have an easier time getting to work everyday as traffic would be cut down on the highways and throughout the city.14 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Hayden Rudolf

SHUT DOWN TROUSDALE TURNER CORRECTION CENTER.Signing this petition is a way to stand up for basic human rights and demand accountability where it has been repeatedly ignored. Trousdale Turner Correctional Center has a well-documented history of violence, deaths, and unsafe conditions, yet little meaningful change has been made. By adding your name, you are helping bring attention to a serious issue that affects not only those incarcerated, but also their families, staff, and the broader community. Every signature increases pressure on officials to take action, whether that means shutting the facility down or enforcing immediate reforms. Change only happens when people speak out, and your voice can help protect lives and ensure that no one is forced to live or work in such dangerous conditions.13 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Courtney Credille

Address the Lack of Need in Lexia: Power UpIt is important to join my cause because it will help the learning in school for students to learn via teachers, rather than a voice in a computer program. Joining this cause will hopefully lessen the need for Lexia in the classroom and boost the time Teachers spend teaching their students, or, doing their job.177 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Zayne Bastian

Oppose HB211 — Homelessness is Not a CrimeHB211 in Louisiana would criminalize homelessness, imposing penalties and mandated “homelessness courts” instead of providing access to housing or supportive services. Such measures do not address the root causes of homelessness and further destabilize vulnerable individuals. We must prioritize housing-first solutions and comprehensive support rather than punitive policies.24 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Jack Waguespack

Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied: Bring Rodney Dutch Home After 28 YearsRodney Dutch has served over 28 years in prison for a robbery—yet he was recently denied parole and given four more years, despite doing everything required to rehabilitate himself. This campaign is about more than one man—it’s about fairness, accountability, and a justice system that honors rehabilitation. Under the New Jersey Parole Act of 1979, individuals are supposed to be granted parole unless there is clear evidence they pose a risk. When that standard is not applied fairly, it affects everyone. By joining this campaign, you are: *Standing up against excessive sentencing *Supporting second chances and true rehabilitation giving a voice to families impacted by long-term incarceration *Helping hold the New Jersey State Parole Board accountable to the law. Your signature is more than support—it’s a statement that justice should be fair, consistent, and humane. Together, we can push for the second chance Rodney has earned.41 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Raneeka Dutch

Washington County Data Center Moratorium Petition"The unchecked proliferation of data centers is already causing irrevocable public harm to our communities across economic, social, and environmental fronts. We need to stand together because state and county leaders continue to incentivize and approve these projects without a full accounting of their true costs. This is a matter of fairness for every resident. While our residential electricity rates have risen by nearly 50%, data centers continue paying less than half the rate per kilowatt-hour that we do. This gap forces our families and small businesses to subsidize infrastructure like the $200 million Hillsboro substation. Our schools are paying the price, too. In 2024 alone, the Hillsboro School District lost $128 million due to data center tax abatements. These facilities generate among the lowest number of permanent jobs per acre of any industry, yet they are being gifted enormous tax breaks. This is not economic development—it’s a giveaway. Beyond the money, the environmental toll is staggering. Large-scale facilities can consume as much as 4.5 million gallons of water per day, straining our supplies and driving expensive new infrastructure costs that will be passed on to you. We recently defeated Senator Sollman’s SB 1586 to protect our farmland, but that was only one battle. We need you to join us in calling for an immediate moratorium to hold our elected leaders accountable, ensure corporations pay their fair share, and safeguard our world-class farmland from irreversible destruction."2,331 of 3,000 SignaturesCreated by Kipperlyn Sinclair

KEEP AVID ALIVEThe AVID program is essential for a full academic career. It prepares and stimulates students to achieve a higher degree of appreciation for education. This program is essential for many reasons. First, AVID prepares high school students for college by removing uncertainty and confusion around colleges by informing students what they need to be prepared for college. The second reason why AVID should be retained is the uncertainty of why AVID is being removed. While certain classes and teachers are being deleted, removing this class makes no sense. Third, there is an abundance of students taking this course and the teacher, Ms. Houston is great. Finally, middle school students would no longer going to be able to continue this course in high school. This further makes the removal of AVID confusing. AVID is a great social period. Not only are students able to learn but also establish vital social skills that students will need and use later in life. All in all, the AVID program should be continued.184 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Alexandre Bramlett

A Plea for Decency: The Moral Bankruptcy of Our LeadershipWe are told that as a 21st-century superpower, we are the most "developed" nation in history—ethically, legally, and mentally. Yet, our leadership's current actions suggest a total collapse of that very development. This is important because: Silence is Complicity: As citizens of Haymarket and the United States, our tax dollars and our "strategic interests" are being used to justify the slaughter of innocents and the leveling of entire cities. The Loss of our Moral Compass: We have traded our role as a "model for the world" for a seat at the table of hypocrisy. When we operate on assumptions rather than humanity, we don't bring peace; we bring disaster and chaos. The Reputation of our Nation: Our leadership has turned a great country into a target of global scorn. We are no longer respected; we are viewed as a bully that has lost its soul. We are better than this. Our leaders in Congress must stop using "strategy" as a mask for inhumanity. We demand an immediate end to the support of activities that destroy infrastructure and take innocent lives. It is time to restore the dignity of the American people by choosing human life over political leverage.12 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Adeel Javaid

Take "ICE Out" of the BallgameIt’s with (probably unwarranted) love and dedication that we, the fans, demand more of the owners of the teams we love and support. We’re there through wins and losses, a lot of losses, and need them to stand with the community in our current moment. Team owners signed on to a notoriously tepid letter from Minnesota-based companies, which was little more than word salad. The letter cites “recent challenges facing our state” and calls for an “immediate de-escalation of tensions.” “Recent challenges” hardly describe the brutality and trauma of President Donald Trump’s mass deportation campaign. Team owners should follow the lead of athletes and coaches who've had the courage to speak out: Former Timberwolves player Karl-Anthony Towns tweeted, “These events have cost lives and shaken families — and we must call for accountability, transparency, and protections for all people.” Vikings legend John Randle posted on Instagram, “Many fans have been scared of backlash, losing friends or followers, but I am saying clearly: I am NOT okay with people being taken from their homes and families being ripped apart. I am NOT okay with people being denied due process. I am NOT okay with reckless violence condoned by the Trump Administration. I am NOT okay with people being murdered in their own communities. I love Minnesota and stand with my entire community. #iceout” Now it’s time for the Minnesota Twins and every Minnesota pro team to find the courage to speak up for their communities when we’re under attack.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Ryan Patrick

Change the Clay County Dress Code: Leggings Are Not InappropriateThis isn’t just about one student or one outfit—it’s about how our children are treated in their learning environment. Students, especially young girls, are being singled out, embarrassed, and pulled out of class for wearing clothing that is widely considered normal and appropriate. Instead of focusing on their education, they are being taught that their bodies are a distraction and something to be monitored. Dress code violations like this can impact confidence, self-esteem, and a student’s sense of belonging at school. It sends the message that how they look matters more than their ability to learn, participate, and grow. These policies are often vague and inconsistently enforced, which can lead to unfair treatment and unnecessary disciplinary action. No student should lose instructional time or feel ashamed over clothing that is comfortable, functional, and appropriate. This is about creating a school environment where students feel respected, supported, and focused on what truly matters—their education. If we don’t speak up, nothing changes.504 of 600 SignaturesCreated by Sarah Clarke
