By giving Queens Innovation Center a girls volleyball team it would encourage healthy activities like exercising and working out. It would also help the students in engaging in team spirit as well as socializing. Joining a team, specifically a volleyball team (a very team motivated sport) it helps the students create new connections with their peers. Sports, such as volleyball, also contribute to decreasing the sadness in a student's system. Working out and playing sports increases your happiness because it triggers your brain to release chemicals like endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin. These chemicals help lift people's mood, create feelings of calmness, and reduced stress.

Others should join this campaign because this decision impacts not just individual families, but the strength and stability of our entire school community. Gryphon’s Kids Club provides a safe, trusted, and structured environment that many working parents rely on every day. Without it, families are left scrambling for childcare—often without comparable or reliable alternatives. This is also about having a voice. Decisions that directly affect our children and families should include parent input, transparency, and thoughtful planning. ICE Concentration Camps violate both civil rights and liberties as well as human rights and privacy. They have created havoc in every state they have entered and have no plan to change of their corrupt policies. They disrupt peaceful protests and neighborhoods are being held hostage by their presence from fear of being retaliated against.

On April 17, 2018, my daughter, Sheyanna Smith, lost her life in Coffee County, Georgia. Since that day, our family has lived with unanswered questions about the circumstances surrounding her death and the investigation that followed. Every family deserves to know the truth about what happened to their loved one. When questions remain unresolved, transparency and accountability are essential to maintaining public trust in the justice system. Why This Is Important The Pleasant Grove neighborhood is home to families, children, and residents who deserve to feel safe on the streets where they live. Unfortunately, excessive speeding has become a serious and ongoing problem in our community. Vehicles frequently travel through the neighborhood at dangerous speeds, creating constant safety risks for pedestrians, children playing outside, people walking their dogs, and families simply trying to enjoy their neighborhood. This issue has been brought to the attention of local authorities over the years, but the speeding continues without a permanent solution. Without traffic-calming measures in place, the danger remains every single day. Speed bumps are a simple and proven way to slow traffic in residential areas. They help protect the most vulnerable members of our community and encourage drivers to respect neighborhood speed limits. Taking action now is about preventing accidents before they happen. Installing speed bumps will help ensure that Pleasant Grove remains a safe place for families to live, children to play, and neighbors to walk without fear of speeding vehicles. Our community should not have to wait for a tragedy to occur before meaningful action is taken.

Every member of Congress has a choice right now: Will they do their jobs and rein in a rogue executive, or – through their inaction – endorse Trump’s illegal march to war? Trump’s illegal war with Iran has already killed Iranian civilians and American servicemembers. Nearly blind, unable to speak English, and living with serious medical conditions, Nurul was abandoned by Border Patrol agents miles away from his home in cold winter weather. He was a Rohingya refugee living in Buffalo. A father who just wanted to get home to his family and a home-cooked meal.  His family deserves to know why they weren't told where their father was. They deserve to know how he was treated and how this tragedy occurred. And they deserve to see those responsible for his death held accountable.
