Nothing wastes more gas than carpool lanes. Anyone on a crowded freeway can see that 1000 cars crawling bumper to bumper in three lanes and one lane with hardly anyone using it is NOT an efficient way to use the lanes. We pay more in sales tax than any other state and we are third in fuel taxes. How is it fair that the newest lanes on our most crowded freeways are being made into toll lanes? So the richest of us can skip past traffic. Let's stop it now!

Virginians across the state are concerned with the collusion between big business and government as it pertains to our water and air quality. If the ban on mining uranium is not reinstated then the health and well-being of all Virginians will be jeopardized. Virginia's agricultural economy would be forever compromised and diminished as toxic containment facilities routinely fail.

The most recent accusation deals with money laundering with Mexican Drug Cartels and various terrorist groups around the world. This petition is a call for the government to pull HSBC's license and shut down all branches on US soil. Bring the money back to US banks!

Dear Mr. Romney, We The People are very concerned about the integrity of our leadership. We've been lied to, lead astray, and taken to the cleaners by leaders we trusted and thier often secret special interests for generations, and we want to know you're not doing the same. We need to know that who we're voting for personally understands our concerns and upholds the same standards and accountability being demanded of us, at the very least, and in these times of rapid global change, we expect and need someone of pristine character, and the track record to prove it, at the top. We'd feel far better knowing your history reflects the high integrity we expect from the leader of our country as we navigate the changes that need to happen. We've also got some 'character repair' to do in the global arena and our own back yard. We need to know that you can also withstand the scrutiny of the rest of the world and represent us with highest honor and integrity. If we're going to consider you as the ideal candidate for all of that, we need you to prove your worth by offering full financial disclosure to US including tax returns, professional affiliations, charity and other donations, and campaign finance documentation. That includes the specifics about your "Bain years." If you've got nothing to hide, there should be no problem making this information public. If you've got some explaining to do, now's the time. It's time to end the speculation and hearsay.
