We need a constitutional amendment to ban U.S. manufacturers from making a profit on weapons of war. It is important to remove this incentive from weapons manufacturers to discourage them from hiring lobbyists that entice our representatives to perpetuate wars. Our young men and women's lives are sacrificed in the name of profits. Congress needs to rely on other means to resolve our differences with other countries.

Let your NYS Legislators know that Step Therapy/First Fail protocol delays patient access to medications, creates more obstacles for patients and physicians to overcome, denies continuity of care, and FAILS all of us.

Florida has been unconstitutionally changed form a" Right to Work" State, which PROHIBITS MANDATORY UNION MEMEBERSHIP, to that of a misquoted "AT WILL" State. .......Which means an employee can be fired or "let go " without any cause or warning ! This is a call to Florida Governor Rick Scott and Florida's State Legislature to propose legislation calling for Medicaid monies to follow the patients and NOT the patients following the monies,often times institutionalizing American Citizens to Long term nursing facilities and Assisted living facilities which is a clear violation of the American Disabilities Act.We would ask for monies to follow the patient allowing for home care in the community in a non institutionalized setting and programs to assist with the transition(Emergency rental assistance with Security deposits for Housing,Disabled rental assitance,Utility deposits and payments).Florida Needs to take care of its most vounerable citizens.

The members of the Supreme Court who voted for Citizens United have facilitated the bribery of our elected officials by giving corporations the right to give unlimited money to their campaigns. Bribery being a specific ground for impeachment in the Constitution, that charge stands against those five justices. Therefore we, the undersigned call upon the House of Representatives to impeach those five justices, and the Senate to find them guilty.

CEO's of non profits should not make more than 4x the average salary of their workforce. This is light of their taking of public monies to fund their organizations. This includes hospitals and nursing homes who use medicaid as one of their funding sources. It's not fair that they will cut people in their organization to keep their own overblown salaries.
