The extra $600 weekly is what some beauticians make in a day, let alone it’s adding to the influx of filing for unemployment and draining the economy. This business is necessary, for not only those in the healthcare industry, but others deemed essential.

Our whole industry is in a grave financial decline. Our survival depends upon our clients, if we can’t service them, we make no money! Unemployment doesn’t even help in our industry. We need to get back to work now!

Pet grooming is essential We believe that providing grooming services is essential to health and wellness of pets. Without proper and routine grooming care and hygiene which includes everything from bathing to nail clipping, gland expression, teeth brushing, ear cleaning and more pets can be at risk for a number of negative health impacts including skin and coat issues and infections, injuries from overgrown nails, and dental health issues, to name a few. Many pet parents are not capable nor properly equipped to groom their pets at home in the grooming services pet groomers provide whether storefront to mobile are not at all equivalent to human haircuts or salon service. You are failing them and you need to help them out before they can no longer recover from this shutdown.

Here in upstate we are much closer to Vermont or Mass then New York city. If these states open before us the survival of the beauty business in upstate NY is at risk. We are already facing a grave financial hardship.

We need to open PA campgrounds. As long as social distancing rules are followed there's no reason they should be closed. People are closer to each other when they are waiting in line to get in at Walmart! You can't get more distant than being in the woods by yourself.
