A large number of oil companies are moving into MN to begin digging silica sand. This sand is used as a part of the fracking process. MN has a large amount of this sand that is at or close to the surface. Much of these deposits are found along the MN River as well as the Cannon & the MIssissippi Rivers. The problem with this sand is the dust. It is extremely fine & can carry for long distances & is a carcinogen. It causes a disease called Scilicosis(similar to Mesothelioma). Anyone who lives with a few miles of a mine has an extremely high chance of developeing this lung disease. Right now rural counties who have no one qualified to deal with this are being overrun with permit requests. This needs to be handled on a statewide basis. Also these are open pit, involving blasting & haevy truck traffic. One mine is Wisconsin has 550 truck trips a day. Unless we want to turn S.E. MN into West Virgini, WE NEED TO ACT NOW

People are not aware that the Municipal Courts of the State of Pennsylvania and most like in other states are acting rules of court outside and absent of their jurisdiction. That State Municipal Court are enacting VOID JUDGMENTS that are outside the rules of court and law to victimize the people of the State, therefore, bring FRAUD UPON THE COURTS. We need legislation now that would immediate call to the table IMPEACHMENT POWERS OF JUDGES THAT ISSUES ORDER OF VOID JUDGMENTS AND CAUSED TORT CLAIMS WITHIN THEIR COURTS THAT HAS SEVERELY AFFECTED AND EFFECTED THE ILLEGAL OUTCOME OF ANY CASE WHERE FALSE AFFIDAVITS AND TANTED EVIDENCE HAS BEEN EMPLOYED AND EVIDENCE ON THE ROLE OF THE COURT'S DOCKET. For years, our country fight wars with other countries. Us americans know, we have an ongoing war right here in the United States of America. People dying, shot down by another and no action was taken because of his parents. The government is not working hard enough. Where are the jobs?? Where are the better schools and teachers?? Better doctors and lawyers?? Why is Ray Kelly still a police comissioner after all the innocent killing done by the NYPD? Why is it hard to afford living in NYC, but I can drive 2 hours away and pay $500-$750 for a two bedroom?? Why can't the government fight the war on their own home front?? Living in New York is expensive and more employers are buying health insurance that has much more limited coverage. Even big unions are doing this--AND getting exceptions approved to not cover important things. If we had single-payer health care, we would not have to worry about these things. It would be like Medicare for All.
