Recently, Rush Limbaugh went on a four day rampage against Georgetown University student Sandra Flukes. It included puerile name=calling after he was warned by his sponsors and Clear Channel to stop but he kept going. It's cost him more than 140 sponsors but Clear Channel hasn't gotten the message yet. What his rampage was really about was to frighten all women everywhere into not asking for their reproductive rights! Sign this petition and force WMMB talk radio in Melbourne to remove him from their station! We don't need or want this hateful man to influence any more men to make decisions for women or verbally batter them!

Rush Limbaugh made some horrific statements about a young woman trying to speak out for women's reproductive rights. Think about if he had made these statements about you, your wife, your daughter, your sister. Then when confronted about what he said, he gave a half-hearted explanation blaming everyone but himself. He said he stooped to the level of the left when he knew in his heart it was wrong.

I believe radio personalities should be held accountable for comments that cross the line of common decency. They should not be given a platform for their indecent and untrue comments.

I am embarrased to think that a Radio station in Spokane continues to air the Rush Limbaugh show. I feel like I have returned to the l960's where women were considered second class citizens. Not only the recent incident but his continual "feminizt Nazai" statements about women and also his degradation for people of color is intolerable. I know Spokane is much better then the hate and discrimination he spews. I am employed at a higher education institution, not even one of his comments would be tolerated in my arena.

The time to end the hateful and negative message of Rush Limbaugh has come. His recent comments about women are only the latest example of rhetoric that should never be tolerated. Already, petitions such as this one have had a major impact on sponsorships for his program. We're being heard and making a major impact. However, we cannot stop until Rush Limbaugh is off the air FOREVER.

Taking Rush Limbaugh off the local, and national air ways is long over due. He is a disgrace to all women, and to himself!
