    We must repeal bankruptcy law. the new law during the G W Bush era ,protect the bank . the new law makes it hard to file a bankruptcy if you own one house and one car.. the bank will take that car and the house ,and you end up homeless. but if you own 2 houses and one car ,you get the house and the car,after bankruptcy. that's chapter 7. this petition will save all the house under foreclosure problem.

  • Tell the National Restaurant Association to stop using styrofoam containers for carry-out orders.
    Styrofoam has a 2,000 year half-life. It is extremely toxic. It's unnecessary - just cheap. It can't be burned without polluting the air and can't be buried without polluting the ground. Many people take their food home and microwave it while still in styrofoam containers, creating the potential for released toxins going into their bodies.

    The current payroll tax is regressive. Regardless of income, we all pay 4.2% payroll tax up to $110,100 in 2012. Why should the wage earners in the lower income brackets pay an equal amount or even more (percentage wise) than a high income earner? The rate can be lowered FOR ALL if there is no cap.
