Bring RONIN homeProof is in the numbers right?! Let's all stand together and prove where K9 Ronin belongs. Let's help get this hero home with his humans. Brits backstory on Ronin & Her family ⬇⬇ BRING RONIN HOME Many of you know the story of what is happening to my husband Arthur Wallin. A decorated K9 Police officer who was fired on Thursday for petty political and selfish reasons, but there is possibly an even greater misjustice going on. Ronin is an 8 year old police dog who has lived with our family for his whole life. Ronin is known all over the county for being extremely successful K9 police dog. Capturing tons of bad guys and keeping the county safe. Being a police dog you can image Ronin is a special dog who is EXTREMELY attached to Arthur. Ronin becomes stressed and nervous when not with Arthur because of the dangerous and stressful work they did every day. Ty Trenary, The Sheriff, decided to take this old, sick dog from the only family it’s ever known, for no reason. Ronin has been diagnosed with a degenerate spinal condition that will make him go paralyzed at any time. To work this dog with another handler would be impossible, let alone cruel in itself. Ronin is a living animal that deserves to be treated with respect after the 7 years of serving this county, I would think he deserves to live out his remaining years at home with the family who has loved and cared for him for the past 7 years. At this point, the Sheriff’s Office is only keeping Ronin from living at home with his family because they can. I’m asking for help to let Ronin come home!!!! My children didn’t even get to say goodbye to the dog who has been a constant part of their whole lives. It’s wrong to treat humans like this, but a blameless hard working-dog……. Please help me right this wrong. Make some noise and let's get Ronin home!!! #rightthiswrong #EverettHerald It’s time to email the Sheriff! If we get everyone to email him and tell him how unjust this is, then maybe we can get Ronin home soon! The sheriff's email is: [email protected] It's public info so everyone, send an email:)!!189 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Brittany Hartshorn

Timber Lake Needs Your HelpSince our HOA dues have ONLY been raised once in the past 15 years, the vast majority of Timber Lake residence don’t realize that we are currently running in the DARK RED. With over $600k+ in maintenance and repairs needs and a skim $230k in reserves, the only way to: § protect our home values, § clean our mud-filled lakes, § repair our trail paths, § fill our flower beds, § repair patchy grass, § replace lost trees § and to be the only community with no holiday lights …….is to demand immediate action from our HOA board. When speaking with the HOA board they are overly concerned that raising our HOA dues will upset us. If we as a community are not vocal about our desires to keep Timber Lake beautiful, we are only hurting ourselves and our home values. By signing this petition you are vocalizing your desire as a resident to have the HOA dues raised 25% (the equivalent of ONLY $20.63 more a month) to address deterioration and focus on future improvements to Timber Lake. As of the October 2nd meeting, the board holds firm that the budget remain the same, putting our community at risk of further deterioration and the possible risk of a hefty special assessment (lean on your home) in years to come. We MUST ACT NOW. Please sign and inform your neighbors.68 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Bonnie Hennum

Stop the Roundabout on 12th and MenaulThis petition is being initiated to encourage and promote the stoppage of the roundabout construction on 12 Street and Menaul. We already have a roundabout by the 4-H Park (Menaul/Indian School area). This roundabout has only created traffic nightmares and backups during rush hour times. It has created a dangerous blockage of a path for emergency medical response teams during that time, and it has created danger for pedestrians and bicyclists due to the fact that drivers do not yield at the entrance (and instead rush through the circle). This circle has also cost the city money due to the directional arrows being knocked down by some drivers. Please sign this petition to help us change the minds of the development of the roundabout.17 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Alicia Fajardo

Boycott L'OrealAs someone affected by Domestic Violence, it's hurtful to see L'Oreal, who claims to care about social causes, hire a known violent abuser while simultaneously spreading lies about her Victim. This is a common tactic of abuser's and L'Oreal is hurting ALL victim's of Domestic Violence by spreading lies about a victim on a global scale. It's shockingly irresponsible of them to hire & continue to promote a known abuser and her lies that she was victimized when she admitted under Oath to being the abuser! Amber Laura Heard is using L'Oreal as a platform to re-victimize her victim, & all survivor's of domestic violence!115 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Julie Kadair

Tell General Motors to negotiate a fair contract with 48,000 American workersMy name is Meme Edwards. I have worked for General Motors in Michigan for more than two decades, but right now I'm on strike along with tens of thousands of colleagues from 70 facilities in 19 states. Let me tell you why I know General Motors is a special place that can do better. I met my husband working at this plant. We raised our daughters and bought a home in the time we've been here. We have been able to make a stable, middle class living through this work. But General Motors isn't keeping up with the times, and workers are getting left behind. For instance, there's an increased reliance on "permatemps," workers who are not given the benefits of full-time employees even though they work just as hard. Let's be honest here. General Motors made billions of dollars in profits last year. We build the products that made those profits possible. We're just asking for a fair share based on all that General Motors workers do for the company and the American public. GM needs to come to the table in good faith and negotiate an equitable contract. Whether you are a union member, supportive friends and family, or a concerned member of the public, we hope you sign this petition to support hard working American families.21,515 of 25,000 SignaturesCreated by Meme Edwards and International Union, United Auto Workers

Set Keehi Harbor Fee using DLNR rule 13-234-3The new proposed harbor fees were based on a professional appraisal, but somehow there may have been an error. Setting the fee rate for the Keehi Boat Harbor to the same rate as the Ala Wai Boat Harbor (13/foot) causes concern. We think the fees for Keehi Harbor should be about $10/foot, to match the recently renovated Haleiwa Boat Harbor pricing of $10/foot, or Waianae Boat Harbor pricing at $11/foot. We are asking Hawaii’s Government leaders to encourage the DLNR-Boating division to apply the Hawaii Administrative Chapter DLNR Boating Division Rule 13-234-3 and set the price of the Keehi Small Boat Harbor fee at $10/foot until a ‘second opinion’ professional appraisal can be done.
