It is imperative to protect our democracy and the rule of law! The executive and legislative branch of government have totally abnegated their duty to protect the constitution from abuse. It is time that " We The People" stand up and take back our country. It is within our power to stop the insanity and state that we have had enough of this chaos!

Wasting food is something I can't understand. I've been financially distraught & thankfully my love mate was able to get a job at a pizza place. I just have to say that if there weren't any pizzas leftovers at the restaurant, we didn't eat. We were able to make rent & feed the service dog but food for us was dependent on the managers generosity. We've overcome our financial situation - but in one of the poorest states in the country, a lot of people who could have food are giving up their chance to eat so that they can put gas in the car or make payments to their college. Please stop the waste. People are hungry & we can help.

This is an important issue for me and I’m sick of just white women trying to be the only ones who obtain these rights. ALL women should have rights not just the ones who are white. I want to make this clear to everyone. Start at the state level and work up.

The need for wood in 2018 far outweighs natures ability to provide. With California on fire, for instance, the trees needed to rebuild will not be there in 10 years because it really takes 500 years to grow a 500-year-old tree. So now, timber companies are buying up private properties and Forest Service properties and taking every tree, including 500-year-old trees. The poisons they spray will give me cancer, and I can't afford cancer.

Our entire populace, as well as those of other countries conned by Monsanto, Syngenta, DuPont/Dow, have driven millions of people into the hands of Big Pharma, who then charge billions of dollars to cover over symptoms (with drugs) caused by the toxicity of pesticides. Wake up, people!

Governor Dayton has been misinformed about the high standards of review at the Department of Natural Resources. I respectfully ask him to review the work of the attorneys for The Friends of the Boundary Waters or read the public testimony from the hearing in Duluth on February 8. Please get the facts and find a better way to bring jobs to our fellow citizens in Northern Minnesota. We can do better than endangering our ground water, rivers, and Lake Superior, which we share with other states and Canada. Do the right thing!

It is upsetting seeing innocent people being shot . So many young people getting these guns, and murdering people, just be for the sport of it. Something needs to be done.

In our age of convenience, many of us use delivery apps and have unwanted plastic utensils piling up in our kitchen drawers, or simply being thrown away after one use or no use. The CEO of these delivery companies has the power to make a significant impact by introducing an option at checkout so customers can refuse utensils. Single use take-out packaging is a harder problem to tackle, but right now, this small fix could create a big change! PLEASE share this petition!

Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria have left thousands of households displaced from their housing. Extremely low income people are facing serious barriers to accessing FEMA's transitional shelter program, which expires permanently six months after the time of the disaster. Disasters on this scale require more long-term solutions administered by HUD officials who have experience running successful housing programs. Disaster Housing Assistance Program (DHAP) has a proven track record of providing housing solutions to low income people whose lives have been severely disrupted by these disasters. To this point, FEMA has not requested that HUD make DHAP available to the households in Puerto Rico, Texas, and Florida who are now living in cars, camping on the streets, or crowded into scarce habitable apartments. My mother is an example, her house was affected by Hurricane Maria. Since September she house had no roof, no light and no water. She did not want to move but because of medical conditions had to leave for California to get the care needed. Like her, many people have no choice but to relocate to survive. Ensuring the safety and security during imminent risk of a mass homelessness crisis should be everyone's priority.

Let's shine a light on this horrible bill and ask the Colorado's state senators to vote NO on Tim Neville's dangerous bill.
