Ms Hill and many others are still being held without bail and no court dates for a violation of probation on speeding tickets. Other violent and career criminal on parole or probation are released or given bail reviews, but not non-violent traffic offenders. This must stop!

The earth is the place where we all live, and we are destroying it. With things like not taking buses because we like being in our own car, to even eating too many cows, we are creating a thing called global warming that is slowly taking apart our planet. President Donald Trump and most of our leaders do not believe in global warming, but let me tell you something, it is real, and it is destroying our home. I live in Aspen Colorado, and we have had the second worst snowfall in history. Because of global warming. You may think that global warming is warming of the planet, but it is not just that, it is extreme weather. Why else do you think our people are being devastated by a colossal number of hurricanes, earthquakes, wildfires, and more? I want us to stop cutting down so many trees. I mean, the trees and plants that we are chopping down give our oxygen. That will be the first step, then we can go farther. Sign this petition, share it with others, and help me save our planet.

This petition was started in December 2017 at a Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) bus garage after many of our coworkers were unjustly fired. Use money donated to Unidos por Puerto Rico to help people who lost their homes to Hurricane Maria, and not to fix parks. The proposal from Beatriz Roselló and her “Office of the First Lady”, does not represent the intentions of the millions of people who donated money. The FCC has voted against net neutrality. We must take a stand to protect the people's access to internet here in Illinois from the inevitable corporate censorship and greed that we can already see in the outrageous rates charges and poor service. The best way to do this is to give regulatory power over internet service to a representative body of the people of Illinois

What are the major progressive accomplishments in this decade in Maine? A higher minimum wage. Expanded health insurance for struggling working people. Ranked choice voting. How did we get them? Through popular referendum votes. So what is the response of the political establishment? LD 1726, which would cripple the referendum process by prohibiting the collection of signatures on election days. We are winning on issues, so now they are attempting to change the rules and put restrictions on our democracy. Please join me and say "NO" to LD 1726.
