To those concerned about fair and open elections, and transparency.

My petition is about urging our state leadership to not change the rules regarding the proposed changes in the way that electoral college votes in Ohio would be allocated from the current, long standing historical version of "Winner Take All" and instead changing the rules so that we allocate the votes based on Congressional districts.

The 1921 Battle of Blair Mountain in West Virginia is the site of the largest armed uprising in American labor history, pitting 10,000 coal miners against a coal company army. My great-grandfather was one of the leaders of the uprising, later charged with treason for his role. Coal companies today want to destroy the site via the practice of mountaintop removal mining, which would blast away the entire site and erase the history of this struggle for unionism and civil liberties.

I WAS A VICTIM OF RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AND WHEN I WAS BARRED FROM MY KIDS SCHOOLS BECAUSE I AM A MINORITY, I SUFFERED FRAUD, AND SUFFERED BULLYING AND INTIMIDATION TACTICS WHERE WHITE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS PRACTICED FRAMING AND FALSELY INCRIMINATING ME, HUMILIATED ME, BULLIED ME, HAD ME FALSELY ACCUSED, DID FALSE REPORTING ON ME, HAD ME FALSELY ARRESTED, ABUSED MY CHILDREN. WHEN I BROUGHT MY KIDS TO SCHOOL THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL THEY HAD ME CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL TRESPASSING FOR BRINGING MY KIDS TO THEIR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, SEDALIA PARK ELMENTARY SCHOOL, AND BELIEVE IT OR NOT HAD ME FALSELY INCARCERATED, THIS WAS THE SHOCK, THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL LIES TO MAKE ME OUT AS A CRIMINAL, BECAUSE OF MY RACE, SLANDERED MY NAME, DEFAMED MY CHARACTERED, BARRED ME FROM ALL MY CHILDRENS ACTIVITIES, HURT AND HUMILATED MY CHILDREN AND ME, I HAVE TO APPEAR IN THE STATE COURT ON MARIETTA SQUARE IN MARIETTA GEORGIA COURTROOM 4C ON FEBRUARY 22, 2013 AND CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL TRESPASS FOR BRINGING MY KIDS TO SCHOOL I AM BEING BROUGHT UP ON FALSE CHARGES IN ORDER FOR THEM TO FALSELY INCRIMINATE ME BASED ON ME AND MY FAMILIES RACE, I AM BEING BROUGHT UP ON FALSE CHARGES IN ORDER FOR THEM TO BAR ME FROM THE SCHOOLS BECAUSE WE ARE A BIRACIAL FAMILY, I AM BEING CHARGED WITH CRIM TRES PAS FOR TAKING THEM TO SCHOOL, I AM BEING CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL TRESPASS IN ORDER TO MAKE ME OUT AS A CRIMINAL BECAUSE I AND MY FAMILY ARE MINORITIES. WE ARE BEING CONSTANTLY HARASSED, STALKED AND BULLIED.BY WHITE ADMINISTRATORS ANDFRIENDS OF ADMINISTRATORS, AND LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALSTHAT ARE FRIENDS OF THEIRS, THEY ARE BARRING ME FROM MY DAUGHTER WHOM THEY ABUSED AND HAD ASSAULTED, TO, AS THESE SICK PEOPLE BELIEVE, BREAK ME, AS THEY SAY, THEY ABUSED MY CHILDREN, PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION ASKING THE HONORABLE GOVERNOR DEAL FOR A MINORITY ALLIANCE TO PUT A STOP TO AND TO STOP THE FALSE INCARCERATION AND RACIAL DISCRIMINATION AGAINST KIMBERLY GOMEZ AND HER SIX CHILDREN, AS WELL AS AGAINST MINORITIES, THESE ADMINISTRATORS THAT HAVE DONE THIS TO MS GOMEZ AND HER UNDERAGE CHILDREN ARE MONSTERS.

The separation clause is misunderstood by a lot of Christians who think their rights to believe and pray are threatened. They also think that our U.S. Constitution was founded primarily on biblical principles, when in fact, their bible was only one of many sources used as a foundation on which to build our great nation.

States that have Republican Controlled Legislatures are proposing legislation to rig Presidential Elections by "Gerrymandering" the Electoral College in their favor in Swing States. This underhanded legislation is already up for a vote in Virginia and is being considered in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Ohio. This must be stopped as it will take away the Democratic process of the Popular Vote in Presidential Elections.

National and state discussions are focused on our 2nd amendment rights. Many ideas proposed by state and national officals seek to limit that right, because it is arguable that it could increase our safty. Befor we continue to discuss the idea limiting the second amendment. I think we need to look at the recent changes to constitution that have also limited and even voided our 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th amendment rights. Many people might not be completely aware of these changes and this should be taken into consideration when making adjectments to the second amendment.

We the people should not have to put up with Wayne LaPierre's misinterpretation of the constitution. I plead with the government and media to STOP giving him ANY credence NOW. The right to bear arms does not equal the right for people to own semiautomatic weapons! If a gun that shoots nuclear weapons is invented, should that be legal too? Why not shoulder-fired missiles? Come on people! This guy must be stopped and people need to get a grip.

If America is supposed to be the leader of democracy worldwide, we need to set a good example. Suppressing the vote in any form, from complicated ID requirements to redistricting to disenfranchise votes, making voting difficult is fundamentally UN-democratic - frankly, unpatriotic. This is becoming a growing problem nationally and must be addressed in every state. Voters need easy access to their polling booths - voting needs to be easily accessible to anyone who is qualified to vote.
