American Renaissance (AmRen) is white supremacist organization led by a man named Jared Taylor. They are designated as a hate group by several human rights organizations including the Southern Poverty Law Center. Montgomery Bell State Park will be hosting their annual national conference this year. This conference draws a wide array of other racist and fascist hate groups including the Ku Klux Klan, neo-nazis, holocaust deniers, and others to the park. This constitutes a clear and present danger to public health and the safety of park patrons and the people of Dickson, TN and must be stopped.

Indiana State Senator Dennis Kruse has introduced a bill that ""may require the recitation of the Lord's Prayer at the beginning of each school day". This is a clear violation of the Constitution and will be overturned should the bill pass. Please quash this bill.

And now, a coalition of gun groups have organized a day to honor guns. The deaths of thousands of Americans from gun violence is no joke. NRA, Gun Appreciation Day is offensive and wrong, and you need to condemn it!

Iowa DOT reversed course and will issue driver’s licenses to young immigrants ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Director Paul Trombino and the Iowa Department of Transportation recently announced that they will not issue state IDs or driver’s licenses to immigrants who qualify for work permits under President Obama's new Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. Granting driver’s license to DACA applicants is good for public safety and this decision is an unacceptable attack on Iowa's immigrant community. Director Trombino is playing politics with the lives of young Iowans. Even the American Civil Liberties Union believes that state officials should be granting driver’s licenses and state ID cards to these immigrants. We demand that Director Trombino reverse his decision to deny driver's licenses to those who have been granted work permits under the new DACA program.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has been without a full time Director for over six years. As a retired supervisory ATF agent and gun owner, I find this problematic as we try to agree upon new sensible laws and regulations.

Changing the culture of our country to rethink about guns. Letting the government know that there are people in our country who want to see restrictions on all guns for the civilian population.

The Pennsylvania ruling republican house & senate passed a shell bill effectively eliminating General Assistance Benefits to ten's of thousands of Pennsylvanians. It is more than a loss of $102.50 it is also a loss of a way for those most in need to show a 'proof of income'.

The NRA and those who profit from guns continuously distort the meaning of the 2nd Amendment. More American do not own guns than do. We can pass this Repeal, quickly, and then Congress will be free to debate and pass fair and meaningful Gun Control Legislation without infringing upon our Constitution in any way.
