We requested CitiMortgage to modify our mortgage because our home was "underwater". We started the process in October, 2011. We have responded to each request for documents - now totaling 120 pages. The requests for documents continue to February 20, 2012, in which they requested ten additional documents (four of which have already been FAXED previously). Now then entire process has become capricious and arbitrary. We are appealing for your help and the help of the State Attorney General of Minnesota.

The Koch brothers have funded campaigns opposing the economic stimulus, healthcare reform, environmental regulations and climate change science, in order to maintain huge profits for their companies.

Stop all fine print on anything and everything......that needs a SIGNATURE!!! it has to be printed in large enough print so that it is easy to read and also easy to understand. No more lawyer talk...the things we are signing should be explained so that there is no questions and no Surprises after the fact of the signing. Fine is a CRIME AND IT SHOULD BECOME AN OUTLAW!!!!! Some cities are using mortgage settlement funds which should go to the poor and misplaced for housing, to help banks/lenders demolish 'underwater' houses! This is outrageous. Funds need to be directed to those who were/are foreclosure victims, to obtain housing they can afford!

As a group, large Corporations spend billions of dollars on advertising on the premise that we will buy into their products/services simply by "hitting" us over the head until we become brainwashed by their message (think Coca-Cola). Usually, the products that we buy are inferior to their smaller competitors in the marketplace. These smaller companies have much smaller advertising budgets, so are "drowned out" in today's noisy, relentless struggle for the consumers attention and subsequent hard earned cash. It's time a level playing field was introduced based on creativity and ingenuity... Products should be judged by their stand-alone quality, not available advertising $$$, equally pitted against one another just as true Capitalism originally intended. This would ensure that inferior products would be marginalized and superior ones would serve their consumers. Survival of the fittest, not the diabolically sweetest (think Coca-Cola).

President Obama Was Elected by the American People to serve as: Leader Of The United States Of America!!! As the Head and Chief in Charge We the American People owe him due Respect. We must remember that We are looked upon as a World Leader and that for us to disrespect the Man that was Voted into Office by the Majority of American People is simply put: Just Wrong!!! Never in the History of an American President has "Disrespect" been so displayed. How can we expect other Countries to keep looking to us when we the People look down talk down and try to press down the Leader of this "The Free World". It was not the intention of American's founding fathers to encourage tyranny and manipulation of our political system by any entity, whether government, business, or religion. Rather, it was their intention that ordinary citizens be protected against such tyrannies, and to that end the Declaration of Independence was written and ratified. To the extent that corporations can outspend ordinary citizens in access to the politicians and lobbying for business interests, it creates a tyranny. The Supreme Court decision granting corporations unlimited right to contribute to politicians and policital causes should be overturned by a Federal constitutional amendment ratified in all 50 stattes.

Following a state audit, Southaven Mayor Greg Davis has been ordered to repay over $170,000. He used the cities funds for clothing purchases, family counseling, personal meals and entertainment. After all this he still refuses to step-down. We are calling for his resignation as the Mayor of Southaven, Mississippi.

Fox "news" has poisoned American political discourse with lies and misinformation. Creating a "reality" all it's own, repeating lies and innuendo over & over, while posing as a legitimate news org. persuading millions to believe their dishonest propaganda and not so subtle racist tone. Let's tell Fox advertisers that we will not be buying their products or services until Fox stops it's insidious 24/7 drumbeat of lies and cleans up it's act. A misinformed electorate weakens Democracy's foundation.

This is about a law already on the books. About cars and talking on texting. Right now the Commerical Trucking businesses get hit with higher fees because its a commerical trucking business. I do not think that this is fair. Everyone should pay the same thing when it comes down to a violation in a truck or a car.

Stopping the conflict of interests/undo influence between the congress/president/federal agency officials AND lobbyists, arising from gifting/giving money to them. This is critical to citizens having equal input/fair outcomes to/from their elected/appointed officials. As an adjunct to this, the FCC should require, as part of broadcasting licensure, euqal time for candidates to represent themselves on television--with nominal fees, if any, for their appearances. Corporations should only be allowed to contribute to campaigns in the amount equal to an individual.
