• Bring Back the AAF
The rich owner of the league just threw a selfish tantrum like a 3-year-old kid. He can’t have his way but forget about the men and women who count on that money to pay bills. The league was growing in the hearts of America and this dude just left every man and woman who are feeding their families because he couldn’t have his way!

  • FDA: Demand Johnson & Johnson Remove Their Talc-based Products Now!
The health of women and babies has been put in peril from undisclosed amounts of asbestos in the talc, which becomes embedded in human body tissues and can cause cancer. This is entirely preventable by simply eliminating talcum powder products from the market.

  • Equal Time Rule-protects all 2020 Presidential Candidates
The petition is about the enforcement and brings public attention to the Equal Time Rule (#EqualTime2020), "Reasonable Access" Rule that protects all legally qualified presidential candidates. The Museum of Broadcast History calls the "equal time" rule "the closest thing in broadcast content regulation to the 'golden rule.'" This provision of the 1934 Communications Act (section 315) "requires radio and television stations and cable systems which originate their programming to treat legally qualified political candidates equally when it comes to selling or giving away air time." I am writing this petition because I am a citizen of the United States of America. I am a legally registered qualified 2020 presidential candidate, since April 2017. A "Legally qualified" means, in part, that a person is a declared candidate. The timing of the announcement that someone is running for office is important because it triggers the equal time rule." With your help we will be fighting for equality all political presidential candidates are impacted. I have been denied right to the Equal Time Rule by CNN and MSNBC. They have refused to give my presidential campaign zero free airtime and zero paid airtime. These practices are unethical and illegal. It is an insult to our democratic process. My application for the presidency was filed on 23 April 2017. CNN and MSNBC have deemed me "unworthy" of equal airtime to tell America about my candidacy. America the pay for play media time is an attack on our democratic presidential process. The media has no right selecting the 2020 presidential candidates they want to promote for ratings and money. America wake up and look at the media-driven 2020 presidential candidates lineup. Take a long look. What do you see? The pay to play for equality for all candidates. 1. Where are the corporate media's "unworthy and invaluable for ratings and money" 2020 presidential candidates? Not in the lineup with the pay to play list. 2. When did an individual's social class, race, wealth, gender, and name recognition play a role in the Equal Time Rule? 3. The harsh ramification of this practice is an attack on our political process and corruption. 4. The Equal Time Rule and all other laws were put in place to protect all the legal qualified registered presidential candidates. 5. This practice kills a candidate presidential grassroots campaign. 6. It has KILLED my ability to get my grassroots presidential campaign off the ground. 7. This is going to stop because Americans select the president not the media Equal Time Rule pay for play scam that is designed to kill off the rest of the candidates. One America thank you for your support!

  • Remove New York American Water
The customers of New York American Water (NYAW) have been paying rates 500% more than other water companies across Long island. NYAW has admitted to falsifying tax filings to receive further rate increases. They bill customers for capital improvements yet they received millions in federal funds for this purpose.

  • Stop the Stranglehold of the Big 3 Credit Reporting Agencies
I don't know a single person who hasn't been affected by the problem of an erroneous credit report. Trying to correct even blatant issues is all but impossible, since the agencies give companies the last word in any dispute. This is important to all of us, because these agencies unilaterally generate a number that can translate into costlier car/home insurance, utilities, and mortgages. A lower credit score can even prevent a buyer from qualifying for a home or auto loan. We were recently affected by the Equifax data breach, since they sell our information, as well. I firmly believe that these problems need to be addressed by legislation that provides strict oversight for these companies. This includes a mechanism for resolving disputed debts, provisions for correcting erroneous reports, consumer control over their ability to market our personal data, and a concrete plan to limit the overarching power of these agencies. Thank you.

  • Remove Fox News From Cox
Decent Americans should not have to pay for racist propaganda on television. Make Fox News an additional fee on Cox just like pornography so we can protect our children from racism and antisemitism. This is not censorship; people who want Fox News can still get it for an additional fee on basic or Contour. If Cox will not remove Fox News from its tier 1 Contour package, boycott Cox--cancel it!! We shouldn't be forced to subsidize racism just so our kids can watch Animal Planet.

  • Demand Journalists Do Their Job
Throughout its coverage of the 2016 elections journalists dictated the information we received based on stories that would generate the most sales revenue. This resulted in a lack of information about the candidates and their positions on topics that actually mattered, an unbalanced amount of reporting on the candidates, and an obsessive focus on specially selected topics. Journalists wrote more about the Clinton- email scandal than all of Trump’s scandals combined. They commented on who had the best chance of winning and what the general public was saying about each candidate rather than reporting on candidates proposed policies.

  • Stop Selling Patriarchy to Five-Year-Old Girls
I want to be supportive of brick and mortar retailers and enjoy the experience of taking my daughter shopping for clothing. But young girls — and boys — should have the ability to chose clothing that doesn’t reinforce gender norms and especially doesn’t reinforce negative stereotypes of women.

  • Stop sexist coverage of the presidential candidates!
There are six outstanding women candidates running for president and Amy Klobuchar is one of them. We do not want to repeat history and have the New York Times and other media, once again, sabotage the chance for us to have one of these extraordinary women as our president.
