He is among other things known for the "Taxpayer Protection Pledge", which was signed by 95% of all Republican Congressmen and all but one of the 2012 Republican presidential candidates, to oppose increases in marginal income tax rates for individuals and businesses.

    Amendments and proposed laws are often written using obtuse wording that can be construed in several different ways. In physics, the laws of thermodynamics are set out in plain, simple language. If elected officials can't present state laws and amendments simply, then they should not be in a position to write state laws and amendments.

Protects, promotes and enhances freedom of political speech. 8. Can be instituted one race at a time.
