• Miscarriage of Justice
December 27th 1995 at 809 North Orange Grove Blvd, Pasadena, Ca 91103 a fire was started on the concrete porch of a resident. Mr. Chester Duncan was picked up beat by a police officer, taken to Huntington Memorial Hospital after treated was taken to jail. Nijjar Realty Inc. also DBA Pama Management Company (Swaranjit "Mike" Nijjar) owner of this property for 17 years now has held on to evidents that would have made it possible for Mr. Duncan not to have to do a day in prison however he has done over 17 years. Mr. Nijjar live in a 30-room Tuscany-Inspired Estate in Monrovia, it's no wonder he has been libeled millionaire slumlord. Nijjar and Pama Management are two of the largest landlords in Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino County areas. Before I go on let me say this 1 person = a lawsuit more than 1 person = a class action lawsuit. If there is anyone out there with a problem with Mr. Nijjar and his company's please contact Ezz The Pain Inc on facebook or at [email protected]. It is now time to stop the bullying from the millionaires that feel they can't be touched. Penal Code 451 (c) is a felony punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for 16 months, two, or three years. 35 to life was giving to Mr. Duncan and there was no Arson. Arson is when there is a burning of a structure, forest land or property, there was none and again for over 17 years Mr. Nijjar and his company's has sat on this information. For Legal reasons and the safety of Mr. Duncan I can't go any further however let's look at what Mr. Duncan has missed in those 17 years...

  • The Aaron Swartz "Protect Americans From Unjust Prosecutions" Act
I honor Aaron Swartz and appreciate his work, amongst many works, to defeat the now defunct SOPA Bill (Stop Online Piracy Act) and protect our freedom of information. His creative flame and passion for America's growth has blown out. For, Aaron took his own life, it appears, in part due to a wildly unjust prosecution which included 13 felonies and 50 years of possible jail time for a crime (or not a crime!) that the offended parties didn't even fully support the prosecution of. All at a time, when banksters have ripped America off, of billions of dollars with very few prosecutions of these offenders.

  • Fund for victims and families of gun violence.
This country's gun violence is far higher then anywhere else in the industrialized world. Innocent lives are shattered every day from illegal use of guns. As a resident of Colorado, with the recent Aurora theater shooting in mind - there is one victim that sustained a head wound resulting in tens of thousands of dollars of cost and with the victim and his family with no insurance - I suggest the following: This blight of gun violence is a threat to us all and I feel it's time for a fee to be assist to the sale of fire-arms and ammunition to be set aside for victims - though no fault of their own - of gun violence and their immediate families for medical and funeral costs of those with tragic ends.

  • Stop Rep Charles Gregory from allowing guns on college campuses
The Representative want to pass a bill that would allow college students to carry guns on their campus. I have a daughter who will be attending college in the fall & I don't want to see students carring guns around her. College students need to be focused on their studies, not if the student next to them is carrying a gun.

  • Help us Redeem 14 year old George Stinney Jr.
1944 in the Columbia, South Carolina a 14 year old African American boy named George Stinney Jr. was executed (via electrocution) for a crime that he did not commit. Accursed of murdering two white girls, his trial from jury selection to sentencing only lasted one day. During that trial no evidence was presented, and the attorney that was assigned to be his public defender was a tax attorney, who never tried a case, never called a witness, (not even George) and never cross examined any of the prosecutions witness. And it should not be a surprise to know that all of the trial records have been lost. After his family was run out of town, he was sentence to die, leaving no one to fight for this young boys life. He was used as a patsy by local and state officials to cover for the person that actually committed the crime and for political gain. George was the youngest ever to be executed in the 20th century and this execution was a blatant violation of his civil rights. A violation that South Carolina is still covering up today, some 68 years later.

  • Demand Congress Create Comprehensive Background Checks and Require Periodic Renewals of all Gun P...
At a state or federal lever, permits should be required at a household level, not at the individual level. This can be accomplished by the creation of analytical model(s) used to rank households and individuals likelihood of being involved in gun violence in the future. It should be used for background checks for new gun permits at a household level (as opposed to individuals), and requirement for existing permit holders at a household level to be newly certified. The predictive model and score or range of likelihood should be a key factor for providing gun use and related permits.

  • End the Drug War in MA
In light of the Annie Dookhan case, it has become clear that the drug war has a corrupting affect on our criminal justice system. I am proposing putting an end to the marshal laws associated with the drug war and change it to a war on addiction and mental illness.

  • I Support the Dating Violence Protection Act
Last year five Utah women were killed by dating partners. They knew these people were dangerous, but couldn't get protective orders because they were not married or living together. The Dating Violence Protection Act will change that. Tell your representatives to support it.

  • Insist that Gun Owners have Liability Insurance
Part of the gun safety legislation has to be the requirement that gun owners carry Liability Insurance. Simple statistics, the more guns being carried on the street the higher the chances are that you or a loved one is going to be shot, even by accident. Own owners need to be responsible and carry liability insurance. Car owners need to have insurance and it is not violating the second amendment, it is a sensible part of new gun safety legislation.
