We Support "Sugar & Spice Cafe"Harlington is a lovely village, but really lacks a facility like this. It will help isolation issues (particularly for elderly residents), dietary needs not currently catered for, young families on a budget, students seeking an alternative to long-life processed farye, employ locals and will above all offer an unlicensed, non-religious place for the people of the community to meet and mingle.325 of 400 SignaturesCreated by Sue Cullen

On July 29, 2014 "Torito" a pug dog was burned alive in the streets of the town of Guadalupe Nuevo León. There is no law to punish this act of cruelty because animals are considered property like a chair. We need to change that. Our animals have names and surnames, are part of our life, our home and are our family. Help them to be heard. We are their voice, no more violence, no more animal abuse2,336 of 3,000 SignaturesCreated by Zenaida

Stop Illegal Activities in Harpersfield, NYSince beginning operations in 2013, the NY 'Safety' Track has conducted illegal racing activities at its road safety training facility in rural/residential Harpersfield, NY, regularly running twenty five 1200cc motorcycles at a time at speeds up to 140 miles an hour. The noise levels are destroying the quality of life for residents up to 5 miles away, denying local residents the right to peaceful enjoyment of their properties. My neighbors and I were forced to go to great expense to file a lawsuit against the town and the track, which we won unequivocally. Supreme Court Justice Brian Burns ruled that the activity at the track was illegal and that the town of Harpersfield was obligated to enforce the law. The town has publicly and unabashedly refused to do so - thus far, with impunity. Please help us pressure Harpersfield Supervisor Jim Eisel and his town officials to abide by the law.224 of 300 SignaturesCreated by Jakob Rostboll

Save the Yezidis! It will only take a minute for you to sign this and let your voice be heard to make a difference. ISIS terrorists need to be stopped! The media is doing no justice for what is really going on, we need our voices to be heard. We need to open the eyes of every single person in the world because ultimately, this will affect everyone. These terrorists are evil monsters that will stop for no one until we force them all to. The Yezidis in Iraq have and always will be the targeted minorities in Iraq. Help stop the killings, pain, and sufferings these innocent people are facing each and every day. ISIS has taken over our villages and will continue to take over if we can’t put a stop to this. You don’t need to be in politics, know about our religion, or even believe in it. You just need to be human. No one deserves this. These evil monsters are forcing the Yezidi minorities in Iraq out of their homes, forcing them to flee into these mountains with no food or water, children, mothers, fathers killed. They are losing their families, losing everything they have, and everything they have ever known. We need the resources to help stop the terrorists from killing these innocent lives. We need to raise our voices until we get to go in there and protect our people and provide them with peace and safety!343 of 400 SignaturesCreated by Sabrin Kassem

CLOSE ART BAR ON EUCLID!Lexington police charged a man with wanton endangerment after he allegedly fired a gun outside the Art Bar on Euclid Avenue early Sunday. It was at least the second such incident in three weeks at the club. Do you want this type of behavior to continue in Chevy Chase. I don't. Please help by signing this petition to remove Art Bar from the area.301 of 400 SignaturesCreated by Clay Carroll

Honor ABQ Voters: Put Reduced Marijuana Penalties on the BallotMore than 16,000 people - 5000 more than the 11,203 first required by the city - signed the citizen-led petitions to place reduced marijuana penalties on the ballot for voters this fall. But after the 60-day petition period ended, city hall says they made a mistake and raised the requirement, keeping the question off the ballot. City councilors have a new resolution to ask voters if the city should adopt the proposed measure and they want to hear from voters. Tell them to honor the will of voters who did their part to hold this election.1,482 of 2,000 SignaturesCreated by Pat Davis

Save Sheltered WorkshopMy daughter can not work in the community and needs the all day programs that she gets in a sheltered workshop. My daughter attends VARCA a workshop in Derby and has been there for over 20 years and loves it. She would never make it in the community. The President as well as state government is trying to close them saying they are segregated.136 of 200 SignaturesCreated by Robert Wood

Marge Ross: Face of the Sayre TheaterMarge Ross has been the driving force behind the success of the Sayre Theater for the past twenty years. This small town theater has become profitable even with the larger theaters available within a driving distance from the Valley. Marge has organized multiple events, and been the face of the theater. She helped bring in the crowds to events such as the Midnight premieres. She was a major part of the planning for the current Sayre Theater Centennial celebration, yet she is no longer a involved with them for reasons that are unknown to the local community. We demand that the Bradford County Regional Arts Council either fully reinstate Marge Ross to her former position if she desires, or give her the honor and major thank you she deserves if she chooses to step down.1,758 of 2,000 SignaturesCreated by Lisa Baker
