On November 19, 1863, the Gettysburg Address was delivered by President Lincoln as part of the dedication of Soldier's National Cemetery. In just ten sentences he was able to summarize the purpose of the Civil War and inspire the Union to continue the struggle. Recommendations for new urban ag rules have been made to the City Council, but the planning process threatens to sweep them aside. Tell the Mayor and the City Council to open a planning session for public comment, so that those who know urban agriculture best can speak up!
