This transcript will be available to the federal government and states. Every time a person purchases a gun it will be noted on the transcript. When a person buys an assault weapon and ammunition, it will be flagged by local and federal authorities.

The best thing that can happen to the US on January 1, 2013 is to let the Bush tax cuts expire and, at the same time, let the agreed upon massive budget cuts take affect. The net result of letting these two events occur will be to literally drive the country "off the cliff", fiscally that is. What this will do is free up the Congress to draft a new tax code that will "cut" taxes for everyone EXCEPT the super rich retroactive to January 1, 2013. I have lived in Colorado for 17 years, 14 in the Denver Metro area.
