• Provide Affordable Cable Access Options
With no competition for Comcast or Direct TV, the costs for services (Internet, Cable TV and Phone) are tremendously high. Time Warner can offer us the same or comparable services for almost HALF of the amount these other companies charge. Vermonters should have the right to this service, and TWC would love to provide it to us.

  • Bring back Family Visits for California State Prison Lifer's
This subject has affected me and my family as well as many other families that don't have the opportunity to spend quality time with our loved ones incarcerated. It's not fair that only some people are rewarded this opportunity but not others, all because someone made the wrong choice over 20 years ago. Now my husband and other inmates have to be punished and can't see our children grow, and not have the chances to love, teach and raise their children. Like some other inmates that are fortunate enough to do so because of the fact they have a different charge. I beg all of u to please sign this Petion, think of your loved ones that may be in this situation. U may not be in this situation but u never know if u ever will be. PLEASE SIGN MY PETITION!!!!!!

  • Charge Officer Rigo Valles with Child Abuse!
This was an unacceptable method of policing. No longer shall we turn a blind eye to abuse under the protection of a badge. De escalation tactics need to be reintroduced and the culture of policing must change. OFFICER VALLES DOES NOT REPRESENT THE STANDARD OF POLICE WE ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR THROUGH TAXES.

  • AG Kamala Harris: Prosecute Exxon for Climate Deception
Newly revealed documents show that Exxon’s own scientists were aware of and studying the dangerous impacts of greenhouse gases in the 1970s and 1980s -- until Exxon’s leadership decided to shut down the research and promote climate denial instead, in order to protect the company’s unfathomably large profits. Now Californians -- like all other American citizens -- are suffering from the damages of Exxon's unlimited greenhouse pollution. The unprecedented drought, fueled by global warming, has already caused $5 billion in damages and cost California thousands of jobs. Intense wildfires are costing the state budget hundreds of millions of dollars a year and causing billions in damages. Sea level rise is already harming California's coastal communities. And the risks of continued global warming pollution to the state are many times greater. The California Attorney General's Office should use all of the tools at its disposal to prosecute Exxon’s deliberate deception -- such as state RICO laws, California’s Unfair Business Practices statute (Bus. & Prof. Code sec. 17200 et seq.), consumer fraud statutes, or any other laws that are intended to protect California citizens from deliberate corporate misconduct. The attorneys general of 46 states successfully sued tobacco companies to pay for decades of deadly deceit -- now it’s time for Exxon and the fossil-fuel industry to pay for their climate crimes.

  • Retire Chaplain (MAJ) Joseph Blay
Chaplain (MAJ) Joseph Blay was found guilty of several charges and is being processed for elimination from the U S Army. He was later diagnosed with Dementia or early onset Alzhiemers which was not known during his Board of Inquiry. I don't think he should be released without benefits; instead he should be Retired with full benefits.

  • END Daylight Saving Time!!!!
Most people I talk to are tired of "springing forward" and "falling back" twice a year. It is time to pick one and stick with it. Who agrees with me?

We want the ownership to bring a civil action against these contractors in order to get the monies back otherwise, The American Taxpayer will pay! Sad!

  • Save Childen from Internalizing Racism
"Internalized racism kept me sick, living to survive, living a diminishing life and limiting my most personal relationships". President Obama recently shared with the world that the legacy of slavery, Jim Crow, and discrimination is in almost every institution of our lives. He stated that slavery casts a long shadow and is still part of our DNA that's passed on, and we’re not cured of it. Provide Georgia children with the Freedom Remedy; steps to replace deep-seeded beliefs and behaviors with new beliefs and behaviors that demonstrate reverence, respect and value for all human life.

  • Prosecute the man who shipped 1795 horses to slaughter
Tom Davis broke federal laws 1795 times and the following agencies are not prosecuting him: The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado, who declined both civil and criminal prosecution. The State of Colorado Conejos County District Attorney’s Office also declined to file charges against Davis. To let Mr. Davis and the BLM employees commit these crimes and not be prosecuted is setting a very dangerous precedent that exterminating federally protected animals has no repercussions.

  • Disinvite Netanyahu from Center for American Progress
Netanyahu's anti-peace rhetoric and actions going all the way back to the early 1990, his pro-settlement policies, on-going siege on Gaza and two assaults on the Strip causing the deaths of thousands and destruction of 90,000 homes, racist campaigning and targeting black African immigrants if taken all together makes the invite to address CAP the most egregious step to be undertaken by a "progressive" institution.
