As a resident of Park Circle, it is my goal to promote safe and pleasant conditions for non-motorized street users while maintaining the safe movement of local vehicular traffic.

One of the greatest loves of my life, my niece who I raised as my daughter, had a psychotic break June 2011. She stabbed me and killed herself. We never saw this coming!!! I started a national non-profit, Mental Health In The African American Community, Inc. We are a 501c3 agency. We need funds to execute our grassroots mental health programs. Please release federal funds so we can save lives and enhance lives in the African American Community. America is experiencing a major mental illness epidemic in the African American Community. We must remove the stigma and break the chains of silence of mental illness so people can receive the professional help that they need. Help us with this fight!!! Teachers are the only professionals who are not respected enough to be allowed to assess their "clients," in this case, students and their learning gains. Teachers are the ONLY professionals trained to do this, yet we take the power out of their hands with endless hours of standardized testing that serves only to line the pockets of the major corporations that produce these tests. ALL OWNERS AND RESIDENTS OF WHITEHALL AND DARIEN PARK WHO WOULD LIKE FOR OUR NEIGHBORHOODS TO BE REDISTRICTED TO SWEET APPLE ELEMENTARY (RATED 10/10 BY GREATSCHOOLS.ORG) UNDER THE NEW NORTH FULTON REDISTRICTING PROCESS PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION! Fulton County Schools is in the process of evaluating redistricting options for North Fulton County. In November, 3 potential maps were released and only one of these options is acceptable to most residents in the Houze Way / Houze Rd corridor. Plan B places our children at Hembree Springs Elementary. Most of the neighborhoods around Whitehall and Darien Park are being redistricted for Sweet Apple Elementary, an excellent school. We strongly support Plan B (and oppose Plans A and C) but would like to be included in the Sweet Apple Elementary district along with our neighboring subdivisions. Too many police officers are not held accountable when they kill or mistreat Black males. We need independent prosecutors who will do their job.

I've had a custody hearing and Judge David S. Forrest was the judge who heard the case. I have proved my daughters mother has knowingly committed purgery and Judge Forrest did nothing. My daughters mother is a drug addict, and when my daughter was born they found multiple narcotics in her system. I fear for my daughters safety when she is with her mother. She has never had a stable home for my daughter to live in. I gave Judge Forrest all the evidence I had and he read it and set it aside. In another case involving my daughters mother in a custody case involving her oldest daughter, Judge Forrest was given evidence proving my ex unfit as a mother, and yet he gave her custody of her oldest daughter. Another couple had the same judge and the other parent was a drug addict and the other parent was stabile, and judge Forrest gave the drug addict custody and now the mother has no visitation to her daughter. Judge Forrest need's to be removed from the bench and a new Judge need's to be put in his place and rule favorably and read and take in to coincederation of all evidence that is being presented, and follow the law. If someone knowingly committs purgery then that person should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. I'm asking everyone to please help me and sign this petition and ask all your friends to sign this petition and lets have Judge Forrest removed from the bench and a new Judge who will rule the right way. Please I'm asking all parents who have gone thru this to stand with me and sign this petition. I fear that if Judge Forrest remains a judge he will continue ruling unfairly, and children's lives will be put in danger.

Aside from the mass misinformation and miscarriage of justice in Ferguson, reporting the boy who was shot down in cold blood by police as having had a real gun which was actually INDEED a toy is more than a mistake for which to apologize: it IS MISREPRESENTING THE FACTS FOR RATINGS, which is unconscionable.

A Tooele County prison would have a negative economic impact for future businesses. Tooele County has a limited resource of water. Tooele County has limited roads. Tooele County does not have mass transportation.

Psychologists with advanced training in psychopharmacology have been prescribing safely for decades without incident in other states and the military, and it's time for Hawaii to pass a law that will help it's people.

The time has come to stop the blame game and start doing the job you, as an elected official, were chosen to do. Our government is hurting millions of people by ignoring their jobs as elected representatives of the people to grandstand and draw attention to themselves in an effort to make a bigger political name. This is a bi-partisan issue that needs to be stopped now so the government that is elected by the people, for the people, can get back to work and help our great nation.

We are thousands of Americans and Permanent Residents living in the USA who believe we should have the same privileges of freedom back home. Unfortunately having the same president Biya for the last 32 year makes exercising these freedoms ultimately impossible.
