Pennsylvania is the third largest source of global warming pollution in the nation—mostly due to our power plants which are currently allowed to spew unlimited amounts of global warming pollution. When President Obama's EPA proposed the first ever limits on this pollution earlier in the week, they announced the largest step we've ever taken as a nation to tackle global warming. But, the National Mining Association, coal companies and other polluters are trying to stop these efforts—even working with their allies in the Senate to rollback the Clean Air Act and halt the EPA from acting. We need Sen. Casey to support these climate rules if we're going to get them across the finish line.

My daughter was almost run over by a speeding car one December morning while leaving our car to get on her school bus. We have 12 young children on our street who play outside and will be playing more frequently in the summer. We have noted many incidents of speeding up and down the streets. This is a residential area with an elementary school in the neighborhood and older school age children as well. Drivers should be careful when driving within the neighborhood and need to be forced to slow down. Some of our neighbors have already filed a police complaint regarding this issue and a request for the three changes but have not heard back.

Government issued photo IDs provided by Social Security offices (these offices exist all around the country) would be a very cost effective and rapid way to end voter identification and voter registration problems. One card maker machine, one camera, one (or two) trained staff member at each office could handle all persons arriving at their offices requesting a photo ID card. As you know, almost every citizen of the United States has a Social Security number and has some dealings with our government. Issue the cards free of charge.

The risks of consuming food containing genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are still mostly unknown, but large food corporations have actively lobbied against labeling food containing GMOs. Texans should be given a choice about whether or not to purchase genetically modified food, so I support labeling all food that contains GMOs.

I was blocked from voting in the last Federal elections; and, until the recent court ruling, I was not going to be able to vote in any future elections.

My brother has been in a custody battle for his 2 sons. He had a court hearing today to hopefully finalize the custody. His 2 sons and a DHS representative went before a separate judge who stated he had taken over the case. This judge after hearing from the boys and DHS awarded custody to my brother. The boy's mom then began to throw a fit and went before Judge Smith who had been presiding over the case. After hearing from her and her only he turned over the other judge's order and gave custody to her. This same judge, Judge Smith, has previously granted an emergency custody order to my brother to remove his 2 sons from their mother's custody due to signs of both verbal and physical abuse. Why would a judge send 2 boys back into harm to a mother that has history of abusing them. Please help me protect and be a voice for these 2 boys and remove Judge Smith.

My sister Miriam was unarmed in her car with her 13 month baby and was shot and killed by U.S. Capitol Police and Secret Service. What you may not know is she didn't have any drugs in her system and she did NOT try to ram the White House as the mainstream media first reported. Miriam was shot in the back of her head and in her back several times. We deserved answers.

I love the America where I was born and I want it back. It has been stolen from the people and put into the hands of soul-less corporations that the Supreme Court declared to be, "Super-People," in Roberts' Citizens United decision, with Rights greater than those of Fleshy People, thus violating the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment as well as other Constitutional provisions. We have a right to know what’s in the food we buy, so we can make healthy, responsible, and informed choices about what we’re eating.
