I am 64 years old. In two years I will be able to draw my full social security. I have paid into Social Security for 51 years thinking it will be there for me when I retire. You know, I love America, this is my country and it seems as though I am being ripped off after buying into the belief of the American dream, where you get your life in order, work hard, be a law abiding citizen, donate to others (even when times are tough) pay your taxes and then suddenly you pull the rug out from under me and say, "Sorry you wasted your time and money paying into this organization, but we are no longer honoring the Social Security system." You tell me this when I am old and nobody else really wants to hire and older person. REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Opoose any CPI change to Social Security by Obama

This is about President Obama's proposal to change the way cost-of-living increases are calculated for retirees on Social Security. As a future retiree in need of Social Security, the proposed "Chained CPI" would decrease cost-of-living increases for me and my fellow retirees and make those among the least able responsible for decreasing the deficit. This idea should be rejected.

Do not take any more money from SS or cut our Cost of Living raises which come very seldom.
