New York State has been the poster child of delaying and trying to ban natural gas drilling and hydraulic fracturing with no just cause. We are tired of all the misinformation campaigns. New York State landowners and farmers are true environmentalist and have enough evidenced based science to know for a fact natural gas production can be done safely. Please support natural gas development in New York. The benefit to our state far outweighs any risk.

The Alaska state legislature will be voting on SB 21 that would give oil companies, that are reaping enormous profits, more profits without any assurance of increased production. Tell Gov. Parnell and the Alaska State Legislature that voters will not support SB 21.

Citizens are being financially assaulted on a daily basis by arbitrary and excessive fines by municipalities for non-violent breakings of the law. For example, I once stopped at a public bus stop for 10 seconds to let two people out and was surrounded by police cars who gave me a ticket for $450. This excessive and arbitrary scheme of fines is meant to pad the coffers of poorly run or greedy municipalities. We need state-wide maximum fines for common infractions.

Casinos mostly take money from the poor and elderly and make problem gamblers of those who can least afford it. Casinos turn good people into embezzlers and those who hurt their families and loved ones. Have the guts to fund the government the honest way.

Is about kids ages 4 thru 5 that need to attend in a program to start them early in their education. Not only will this program help them learn how to get along with other children their age but also that an education is very important in life to have a better future for themselves as well as for others. Is a program that teach them the basics in learning in so many aspects of everyday life. This program has been a great foundation for so many low income family. For those parents that work or go back to school to get a degree to better themselves, but cannot afford a daycare for their children. I feel that we should continue to have this program available at all times.

The Postmaster General says he plans to close half of the country's 32,000 post offices over the next few years. The closings and consolidations won't save the Postal Service — they'll destroy it. Tell Congress and the President to extend the moratorium , while the country has a more thoughtful discussion about the future of the Postal Service.
