Let's start a petition to address the real root of the violence in our country and place the responsibility for these violent crimes where it stems from rather than on individuals who support the second amendment.     I needed to find my Medical Records to trace the Health History of when I was a child, and the affects of my mothers alcoholism and surgeries I had as a child, however after 7-10 years the record are destroyed. My child needs to trace her medical record now as she is 20 to understand what treatments were use and if this is something that was done as I was a child. but they have been destroyed.
