With the latest violent acts that have happened, the person or persons involved ignored all gun laws, restricted areas for guns, etc..The bad people with always find a way to get the guns. Instead of focusing on more gun controls, focus on the real problem, mental health of these people doing the attacks. Instead of streamlining these people, people need to not be afraid of getting them they help they need, medication or making sure they take their medications or hospitalization, if necessary is done. Also make provisions for extra security at schools. Stop penalizing the honest people, let us be able to properly defend ourselves!

IF YOU EAT, THIS ISSUE CONCERNS YOU. The basics: After ocean dumping of sewage sludge was banned, spreading it on the land became the next cheapest option. Regulations were drawn up by EPA, arm and arm with municipalities (the producers) who want to save money, and spreaders (corporations) who make huge profits on waste disposal. The sewage sludge name was changed to “biosolids” and the product (toxic waste) is now given to landowners as free “fertilizer”. Full disclosure of the sludge contents is not required and indeed is impossible to ascertain. Only 10 components are regulated, while there are close to 100,000 possible known and secret (proprietary) chemicals that could be present and interacting. As well, sludge contains pathogens, antibiotics and other medications including endocrine disrupters, slaughter house and morgue wastes, and everything else that goes down the drain. All these pollutants are concentrated in the sludge as the waste water treatment plant purifies the water so it can legally re-enter the water system. The landowner is told about the nitrogen content in the sludge and about the amount of money that can be saved on fertilizer, while the risks to human health and that of the environment are ignored. These pollutants and toxins, once applied to agricultural land, become absorbed into the food chain. Land applied sewage sludge has sickened people, killed livestock, polluted water, and degraded healthy soil. Many countries, including Japan and Switzerland, now ban the practice. Sewage sludge biosolids do not belong on the land where we grow our food or graze our animals.

This petition is to stop harassment of parents from the other parent that dont pay their child support on social medias. My ex is on probabtion for back child support. He is harassing me using this site by posting a petition on facebook and who knows what other social networks. He is claiming he has over paid the child support by 25 grand and I should have to pay him back every penny. He claims the attorney general office did not give him credit for the 4000 he made in payments in Hopkins county back in 95 and 96. According to the District Clerk I spoke to the other day and the attorney general payment records, if my ex would not have gotten that credit in the investigavtive phase of the attorney general investigation, he would have started this case negative 5000 instead of negative 1000. The attorney generals office started receiving payments on 5/96. Since then he has never made all his payments and there is 5 years where he only made 1 or 3 payments a year. This petition is to stop the harassment for parents that receive the support. I had to file harassment charges to get the phone harassment to stop against him and his wife. Now lets sign this petition to stop the social media harassment and yes they do use my name on their comments of their posts on their petition titlled child support laws arent fair...

The middle class whose budgets are stressed to the max will pay more in taxes but $76 BILLION tax credit for GE, Walmart, Starbucks, GM and many others. We can't afford Social Security or Medicare, but we can afford this. Talk about stomping on the face of the American people, unbelievable.

This right should be satisfied after time served for the crime has been satisfied. It denies many citiizens who were entangled in the law at an early age and victimizes them repeatedly with very little hope for being renstated to society with the privilege of participating in this honored civic process which can empower people to evolve into productive citizens.My son and numerous other young people have experienced this has experienced this and would like to see their rights restored!

It is a fact that the US drug policy, The war on drugs IS destroying the Middle-Class Communities using FREE PRISON LABOR and the subsequent mass incarceration of Americans. These incarcerations are comparable to per-Civil War slavery of Americans. The hierarchies of racial and poor injustice have shifted but not wholly improved. Yes, One side is trying to pass gun laws that would take away my freedom and the abilty to protect myself. The others side is trying to pass laws that would take away my right to colective bargining, wish would make it nearly impossible to make a living, have health insurance or a retirement.

I think its high time we, the people, voted members of congress to strict term limits of 2 terms before they need to step down. The founding fathers never intended these offices to become lifetime positions. We would also need to do away with the lifetime payments for them after they leave office. That is part of the reason why the US is so deep in debt.

Congress wants to cut Medicare "entitlements." I have paid into Medicare since it started in 1965. When I reached age 65 in 2012, I had $99.10 per month deducted from my Social Security check for Medicare. This year it went up to $104.90 per month. We paid for Medicare while working, and continue to pay, it is not a gift. Medicare cuts should be stopped.
