Mitch McConnell has hurt ALL Americans, not just Kentuckians. That's why we are calling on all Americans to help us defeat Mitch McConnell in 2014. We need your support, your ideas, your energy, and your enthusiasm to elect a new senator from Kentucky! Replacing Mitch McConnell isn't going to be easy. He has been in the Senate for 28 years. Two years out from the election his campaign war chest is already at $7 million. Recent polling showed that Mitch McConnell is the most unpopular senator in the whole country. Democrats can win in Kentucky. Even though his own district has been on the receiving end of millions of dollars in Federal Aid, he voted NO to help out our fellow citizens!

People with no children pay more in taxes than married people with children. I shouldn't be taxed more to pay for their children's education when it was their choice to get married(which same sex couples cannot in most states) and have children to receive a tax credit.

He may not be reflecting the ideas of the university and may actually be trying to get an interesting dialog started with his students, but he crossed the line in asking to see the bodies of these children bloodied and destroyed by multiple gun shot wounds. Florida Atlantic needs to censure this pathetic excuse for a teacher. President Obama needs to nominate more women to his cabinet fast. CIA, Defense, State, Treasury - all nominated, all men. Diversity at all levels of government reflects who we are as a nation and helps us all move forward.
