Police violence towards American citizens has escalated , with officers having no fear of retaliation unless sued in court , if an Officer loses his case in court and found guilty , then the guilty officer should compensate the victim with the Officers , pension and unions own monies instead of charging the tax payer .

At will" employment in Michigan means the employer has the right to terminate an employee for any reason without proving just cause. The employee has very limited legal options to fight the termination. This petition is about the good mothers who are losing full custody of their children in Massachusetts courts due to their lacking funds to continue custody battles. Many more affluent fathers win custody of their children because the way the courts in Massachusetts are operating. The longer you last in the custody battle at the courts, the more likely you will get custody of your child. Also, many abusive fathers tend to fight for custody of their children to punish mothers who had enough of the abuse. According to current statistics, if the father has the economic means and the mother doesn't, the probability for the father gaining custody is 70% greater than that of the mother.

The Obama Administration has already doubled the cost of starting a business. More than a million people have lost their health insurance under Obamacare, and thousands more are threatened with termination or reduced hours.

The major banks have a policy toward widows who are behind on their payments, sometimes through no fault of their own, that is worthy of Joseph Heller's Catch-22: widows can't get the mortgage in their names until the payments are up to date, but they can't get their payments up to date until their mortgage is in their name. Millions of women who are trying to catch up on payments after dealing with the deaths of their husbands are now trapped; they can't get current and the banks won't work with them to get them current. And then the banks foreclose on them. The New York Times reported on the plight of Geraldine Bates, who lost her husband last year just after her husband entered into a loan modification agreement with HSBC. Geraldine notified the bank of her husband's death and sent in the first check. Banks need to change their policies and stop trying to kick widows out of their houses for these outrageous reasons.
