The Pat Mullen Cinder Pit is just 1/4 mile from our house. We cannot safely hike that way anymore, since the target shooting has escalated, nor do we enjoy the peace and quiet in our own home that should be our right. The shooting goes on all hours of the day, every day of the week, and includes semi-automatic weapons. The shooters shoot at targets including garbage and live trees (which are now dead or dying) and leave all kinds of litter behind, including lead bullets and shell casings.

Many people in the United States no longer want to celebrate Thanksgiving because they believe that we have lied about our history with Native Americans and exaggerated what they might have done to us while denying what we did to them. I would like to see the celebration of Thanksgiving be an opportunity to make fundamental change in that history.

Tired of Obama's sell out to the establishment - bankers, insurance companies, wall street. He claimed to stand for equal justice for all. Now is the time to demand equal justice - and not just trying to curry favor with the Republicans. Let's also prosecute those election frauds - incorrect dates on fliers, tearing up Democratic registrations, etc.

The worlds potable water supply s a finite resource. Each morning in Manhattan building maintenance people use water to clean their side walks. They use the water for the force the hoses generates not for sanitary reasons, Instead thy could use a broom, for example. It is a wasteful, arrogant, and an ignorant use of a precious resource. There are over 1 billion people who cant get safe drrinking water and wasting a resource in this way is unconscionable

This is is only for borrowers that are current. For those in default, current interest centric approach will be maintained. Force FHFA as well to do same to restart housing market.

The department of Education is a subcontracting with scam organizations like "Great Lakes" to collect on standard student loans obtained from major Universities. Great Lakes cheats people regularly with the absurdly high interest rates and refusal or finding reasons to not refinance or consolidate the loans. Great Lakes is a subcontractor of the Government entity but there is no oversite to their practices and cheating student or parents who obtained loans in good faith that these loans would follow traditional student loan terms. Great lakes subcontractor has made these loans like the illegal "payday loans" making it a horrible thing to have one. My daughter is a nurse and she deserved to finish the 4 year technical programs with honors. Student loans exist are so we can have our best and brightest students work into society and not to be a source of fodder for the corrupt subcontractors who service these loans and see this as a windfall for greedy CEOs who run them. They get away with bad practices and there is NO Government over site of these bad contractors. The department of Education has a responsibility to function to encourage educating our best and brightest not to make ties with those parasite contractors who see this as a windfall and the victims have no recourse.

.This organization is made up of CEO's for the same corporations and financial institutions that bankrupted our country and who continue, thru labor exploitation, to drag our economy down. They are not concerned for the well being of the country. They are solely interested in continuing their largess at taxpayer expense. They have no business influencing deficit/debt negotiations when it is their own behavior that has caused much of the country's fiscal problems.

We are over 3.5 million Americans living as second class citizens in Puerto Rico. On November 6th, of 2012, over 63 percent of the voters elected to end the colonial status and demand of our political leaders to grant Puerto Rico as the 51st state. President Obama promised to work on this issue should the people of Puerto Rico demanded statehood.

Americans are becoming increasingly immune to violence and the use of remotely operated drones to kill people is extremely immoral. I am personally affected by these killings as I witness the indifference of my fellow citizens to violent video games, violent TV shows and movies, and violent interpersonal relationships. For the U.S. government to be sanctioning drone killings is appalling to say the least.

There is tremendous duplication of various governmental agencies and even within agencies.
