    I am concerned that with today's economy the preservation of wildlife and conservation of the habits and the charities on which they demand are under trememdous stress and I was looking for an idea that would bring them more funding. It seems like requiring sports teems who bennefit form using animals as logos should be willing to share some of their profits with these groups

    Minority parties in the state of Pennsylvania are subject to unreasonable and unfair requirements for getting candidates on the ballot. The number of signatures required is based on an archaic rule that results in 20,000 - 60,000 signatures required to get on the ballot statewide; this compared to only 2,000 for the major parties. There is a bill (the Voter Choice Act SB 21) to correct this inequity by making signature requirements equal for all candidates.
