We in Illinois have all read about the posturing being done by conservatives both here and across our nation. These movements are not serious, and should not be addressed as such by our elected officials.

As a consumer I would prefer to do business with and would even pay higher prices to the companies that provide their employees with the highest pay and health insurance. Public companies should be required by law to post publicly their compensation practices and percentage of full time and part time employees. This would provide consumers with important information with which to chose who to do business with. Public companies are daily collecting vast amounts of information on the behavior and preferences of their customers. We, their customers are entitled to more information about the business practices of Public Corporations.

I am a 29 year old female that has been diagnosed with infertility. As it stands right now. Fertility is not considered as a pre existing condition and insurance will not pay for it. I really think that it is sad that they will pay for the removal of my tubes , the cost to determine if I am infertile but will not pay for IVF or anything else that will allow myself and women in the same situation as me to expericence the joys of being a parent.
