Expose Georgia Land Title FraudMore than 90% of Georgians have a Chain of Title full of defects. Banks, Servicers, Debt Collectors or Attorneys are prohibited by Federal law from Foreclosing on a properties with Chain of Title defects, yet Georgia ignoring these facts, has a notorious reputation and ranked 4th in the Nation in foreclosures. I have personally discovered Robosigned documents recorded against my own property and have reported this fraud to the necessary government agencies.2 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Makedah Sari

End voter surpression that disenfrancise minoritiesEveryone one who is eligible to vote in this country should be allowed to vote. Many have lost their lives in the struggle for equality for all. This extremely partisan effort to restrict certain Americans right to vote only divides our country, and takes us back a hurtful and difficult time. We want to build on those causes that made us better and a more united America1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Ann

Stop rich corporations from adding to already super high Engineering unemployment for Americans.During these times of hi unemployment, the Senate on behalf of rich gluttonous corporations, is considering a bill, the (STAR) Act, introduced by Senator John Cornyn (R-Texas), that would significantly increase the number of work visas issued to cheap foreign Engineers brought into the US. Statistics of the cited deficiency of skilled domestic engineers have been manipulated by technology corporations. Multinationals like Intel, Texas Instruments and others have enlisted the services of hoards of off shore India based tele-recruiters on fixed price supplier contracts to offer engineering jobs that do not exist while permitting them to accumulate statistics on fictitious job vacancies. Passage of this bill will result in increased competition for fewer jobs, even higher unemployment in Engineering for Americans and further depress already abysmally eroded incomes in the field. As an Electronic Engineer myself, I can personally attest to the arduous employment challenges faced by many including myself during the past twelve years, in our once respected profession of choice. This is an affront to the American people and must be stopped.3 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Brendan Graham

Remove hate radio from our Armed Forces RadioRadio shows that spew hate, bigotry, misogyny, are truly anti-American. They should not be advertised on, or broadcast on Armed Forces Radio. Our young soldiers should not be exposed to that vileness. By broadcasting shows like Rush Limbaugh on our Armed Forces Radio, there is an implied "stamp of approval" for the content, which is the wrong message to send to impressionable young minds. With a reported 19,000 sexual assaults last year in our armed forces, we must do all we can to eliminate the causes of this violent epidemic. Ban this poison from our public airwaves.66,713 of 75,000 SignaturesCreated by matt okeefe

Psychologist with prescription privileges. There is a shortage of psychiatrists in California. 85 percent of psychological prescriptions are written by General Practitioners, because there are not enough psychiatrists available to people. Many primary care providers depend on psychologists to recommend a psychotropic drug. Retrained psychologists need to be allowed to write prescriptions .29 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Dr. Darius K. Stop corporations from silencing you and buying electionsCalifornia's Proposition 32 claims to eliminate special interests (code for Labor and Labor Unions) from contributing to elections. However this proposition is written by and for the true special special interests and specifically exempts them from it. Those who would be exempt, to name a few, are Insurance corporations, Wall Street, real estate investment corporations, oil companies, corporate CEO's. The goal of this proposition deceitfully to get you to vote to silence your own voices and to make election funding even more unequal than it is. They are targeting California because we have traditionally gone Democratic in elections, and to test the waters. They seek to cut off the flow of information to the people and money to all campaigns but those they seek to buy. Please sign this petition to tell the legislators and governor of California if you are outraged that only corporations will be able to pay to get their message out and fund campaigns. Or constitution was written for humans, this is just one more step that the ultraconservative rightwing is planning to get your name crossed off and enter the name "Big Powerful Corporation that Sends Jobs to China" on the voter rolls.3 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Donna Galvan

A better kind of medicineI have a severe mental illness, and I'm worried about the long term physical damage the medications may have on my body. I've been on at least three different kinds of medication at once since I was 15 years old, and what's always puzzled me, is why I have to be on all of these medications, when further in life, I'll have to take more medications to try and repair the damage the prior medications have done. In case you haven't yet guessed, this petition is for the legalization, regulation, and taxation of medicinal marijuana in the state of Louisiana, if not the rest of the country. I don't believe I, nor people like me, should have to subject ourselves to permanent physical damage, for temporary psychological relief. We deserve better, and so do you.18 of 100 SignaturesCreated by zack

The "CHANGE THE RULES" PledgeIntroduced by The "Democratic-Republican" Party in NJ, the "Change the Rules" Pledge offers an elegant and unimpeachable solution to campaign finance reform, recently emasculated by the "Citizens United" decision. Senate Candidate Eugene M. LaVergne Congressional Candidates Frederick John LaVergne (NJ District 3) and Len Marshall (NJ District 4), and County Freeholder Candidates Scott Neuman and Tracy M Caprioni of Ocean County and Donald E Letton and Kim Johnson of Burlington County all signed the pledge at a Rally for the "Article the First" lawsuit, "LaVergne v Bryson" et al, on September 15th in front of Independence Hall. Read the pledge, and forward it to YOUR elected officials. We've already sent it, but it is far better that you do. Please also sign the petition here. To support the Article the First suit, another petition will be circulated. Thank you in advance for your support.6 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Frederick John LaVergne, "Democratic-Republican" for Congress, NJ District Three

Congress hold hearings on migraine diseaseCongress Hold Hearings on Migraine Disease To be delivered to: The United States Senate and The United States House of Representatives Urge Congressional Hearings on the Impact of Migraine and Headache Disorders, especially before the Primary Health and Aging Subcommittee of the Senate HELP Committee and/or before the Health Subcommittee of the House Energy & Commerce Committee, prior to the close of the 112th Congress (January 2013). I suffer from chronic daily migraines. Migraines have rendered me unable to work, have reduced my social support to a few old friends, have robbed me of the opportunity to fulfill my goals and dreams, have stopped me from engaging as a citizen in important civic issues, and have damaged my relationship with my family of origin, who see me as lazy and negative. According to the National Headache Foundation, more than 29.5 million Americans suffer from migraine, with women being affected three times more often than men. Of those affected, 38% of migraineurs suffer from 1-12 migraines each year, 38% get 1-3 a month, 37% get 1 per week, and 11% get 2-6 migraines a week (relieve-migraine-headache.com). Chronic migraine (15+ migraines per month) impacts approximately 3.2 million Americans (Migraine.com). Migraine ranks in the top 20 most disabling diseases according to the WHO....and yet it is one of the most misunderstood diseases, by both the general public and health care professionals. While societal costs are hard to quantify, migraine disease has a significant economic impact: headache disorders lead to more than $31B in economic costs in the US annually. Despite these statistics, the National Institute of Health gave less than 0.05% of its 2007 budget to migraine research ($13M) which translates to approximately $0.36 per migraineur. Diabetes, in comparison, received $1.037B (or $49.38 per diabetic). There has been no improvement in the funding: in 2010 the percentage was the same. Over the past 50 years, only one innovative drug (sumatriptan), discovered and developed specifically for migraine, has been approved for clinical use after review by the FDA. Only 290 US doctors are Board-certified as specialty trained in Headache Medicine. It is well past time for migraine disease and other headache disorders to receive the funding and attention they deserve. To date, no US Congressional committee has ever held a public hearing on headache disorders yet just recently they discussed Lyme disease, estimated to affect 40,000 people. Unless Congress fully understands the disease there is no reason to believe the National Institute of Health will allocate more of its budget to headache and migraine research. Without more research, we will have the status quo: ineffective treatments and millions of Americans needlessly living in pain. The Alliance for Headache Advocacy has formed a petition asking Congress to hold hearings before the close of the 112th Congressional Session. As of March 2012, they only had some 10K signatures. Perhaps this is because migraineurs are in too much pain to advocate for themselves. Please help me to bombard them with signatures.29 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Susan Gockeler
