I Have been ovewhelmed by Republican Ads stating that the Obama administration has accomplished so little. Let's don't let them forget that immediately after Obama was elected MANY of them publicly said they would NOT WORK WITH Obama on ANY issue. How dare they complain!!

Hydro fracking is causing huge problems everywhere it is done. There are many groups trying to put a stop to it. sierra club is doing a good job of raising awareness. we need to do everything we can to make people aware of the dangers.

Impeach Rick Scott Governor of Florida. He has cut our university fund. He support deregulation of our water ways. He axed the Biggest money gaining project that Florida would have with the Express rail system between Orlando and Tampa, then to Miami. Florida should be number one states with solar Energy to be placed on office building in Florida etc. He has show little knwledge of what Florida needed!

As a former Target worker I was a victim of Target Corp.'s ethics every day. My coworkers and I are shocked and disgusted to find them on Ethisphere's annual "World's Most Ethical Companies" list. In 2011 United States federal government charged Target Corp. for violating our rights and an Administrative Law Judge found that the company used intimidation, scare tactics and threats in order to keep us (the workers) from joining a union in Valley Stream N.Y. After the vote, Target closed the store for a convenient "remodeling", displacing us, over 250 employees. Target is far from one of the world's most ethical companies, they're not even the most ethical company in Valley Stream N.Y.. While I was working there I was harassed every day by managers because I stood up for my rights and my coworkers rights. With the United States Government finding Target violated its workers civil rights, how does Ethisphere still include Target on their annual list of World's Top Ethical Companies? Sign the petition and tell Ethisphere to remove Target from their annual list!

I live in Kansas. 'Nuff said? Kochback, I mean Gov. Sam Brownback has implemented some of the most repressive laws related to women and the LGBT community in the nation. Doctors can withhold information if it might lead to the termination of a pregnancy. Pharmacists can refuse to fill prescriptions if it goes against their conscience. And last but not least, employers and landlords can now discriminate, openly, against members of the LGBT community. They can fire, and they can refuse to rent properties, and those discriminated against have no legal recourse.

Our family has suffered immeasurably because a greedy stepmother, who'd promised that she would always love us and consider us part of her family, coerced my unwell father into leaving his entire estate to her and her daughter. Stepmom will not file Dad's will, nor will she probate his estate. We have no money to contest the will or to force Stepmom to open the estate. Therefore: WHEN CHILDREN ARE LEFT OUT OF A BLOOD PARENT'S WILL, OUR GOVERNMENT MUST REQUIRE AN INVESTIGATION OF THAT WILL AND ITS BENEFICIARIES. Sadly, our story is all too common. And no state-by-state measure will work. This must be a federal law, as Stepmom, in our case, may have committed felonies. One law for all states is needed to stop turning families, who are already suffering the loss of a blood parent, into real-life CINDERELLAS.

The Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania contains antiquated verbiage (the Preamble, Section 3, and Section 4) offering preferred status to certain religious groups while blatantly discriminating against those not in those groups. This is in clear violation of the US Constitution's Establishment (1st Amendment) and No Religious Test (Article VI) clauses.

I lost my driving privileges for the next 3 years because my attorney misrepresented me, and yet Violent Offenders and Habitual Drunk Drivers can continue to drive and be a danger to the community. I want to call on you to put a stop to me losing my driving privileges and Habitual Violent Offenders and Drunk Drivers can keep theirs. This is Profiling and illegal.

This petition is about the high tuition cost at state universities in Kentucky. Parents and/or students are looking at massive amount of debt with the rising costs.

Campaign finance regulation that: 1. Eliminates the advantage of having more money than the opponent(s). 2. Removes the obligation candidates incur to their most generous donors. 3. Provides the general public with a monetary incentive to pay attention to political campaigns. 4. Provides for extremely fast detection of violations and speedy prosecution of violators. 5. Does not for the most part penalize candidates or the legislators who must vote to enact it. 6. Involves almost no government expenditure-- a half-time secretary during campaign season~! 7. Protects, promotes and enhances freedom of political speech. 8. Can be instituted one race at a time.

I am concerned that if this rate increase proposal is approved, many more families in Idaho, on a fixed income, or a limited income, will not be able to pay their utility bills. As it is MY family struggles to keep on top of our bill. In fact, this past winter, my husband wasn't working, and our bill got up to over $700, and we had to seek assistance from charities, and other organizations, to avoid being turned off!

Wisconsin Republicans should stop playing political games and swiftly transition control of the state senate to Democrats.
