School children are now being expected to perform at a level one grade higher than they are actually. By then end of kindergarten, a child is expected to know 36 out of 40 sight words. Back in the early 70's, kindergartners were expected to do what was developmental appropriate for them - play most of the time.

I am family friends with a gay couple who have been living happily for years. I want to attend their wedding and help bring social justice to homosexuals in this great state of ours. Tell our state legislature to get a bill passed. Get them to pressure Chris Christie into signing it. If he vetoes it, help the Democrats representing our state shove it up his throat and allow these US Citizens the same matrimonial rights as heterosexuals/
