However, if you go bankruptcy on a corporation INC, LLC, etc. you have to hire an attorney whether you have the money or not. America is about freedom, yet these laws stop you from coming back from a slump. The money you owe can very well be paid if you do not have the expense of an attorney. With a corporation you have no voice as an owner when you file. You cannot even reject a motion, which is an easy process, because they passed laws that you have to have an attorney or you just sink.
