Panera Bread Company, a chain of restaurants, has as their hiring policy that no one "Black or ugly" works behind the counters. In short, they don't know that this is the twenty first century and that that kind of policy is stupid, and illegal. Which is why, though I love their food, I'm not eating there anymore. I want others to do likewise, and make sure Panera Bread knows about it.

My petition is about anti-grooming laws in the educational system. This would be important for any parent who has children attending school's k-12. This also is protection for minor students who are vulnerable and learning about boundaries. These students need to be taught to discern when they are being manipulated by an adult. Even if that adult might be a teacher or school staffer.

The church is walking a fine line by getting many organizations to heavily fund political/civil matters, such as privacy issues and marriage equality to name a few. They are also actively seeking church members to sign petitions in their favor regarding these issues on church property. If they are going to continue to influence legislation by these measures, they should lose their tax exempt status.The reason we left England, to establish a new country, in the first place, was not only freedom of religion, but freedom from religious influences regarding dictation of law.
