Save Kansas EducationKansas public schools are operating on budgets equal to the money that was available to them in the 1990's. After reckless anti-tax legislation was passed in the Kansas House on Wednesday, May 9th, Education funding will likely be on the chopping block again. We are calling upon our state legislators and Governor Brownback to reject these irresponsible tax cuts that will create deficits which will lead to further reductions in education funding. Education funding needs to be RESTORED, NOT CUT!8 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Janeen Axtell

Senilty Retirement ActThere have been serious questions raised about the mental state of some of the more "senior" members of the Legislature. This Act would allow Congress or the Executive to initiate proceedings to replace those representatives deemed "impaired" by special election.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Sam Adams

Stop political harassment in the workplace. We all know it is wrong to harass people at work about sex, religion, and race, so why is it ok to allow political harassment? Hate radio shock jocks all try to get their opponents angry, and stirred up, and while they have a right to say whatever they want, you have an equal right not to be distacted or offended in the workplace in fact in some workplaces this can actually be very dangerous. Hate talk radio in the workplace should be banned.5 of 100 SignaturesCreated by G. Showalter

Ban Conservative Marriage in MarylandLike the great state of North Carolina, we are selecting a segment of the populace and urging our elected representatives to arbitrarily ban their ability to be legally recognized as a family. Sign here if this outrages you, you want to prevent bigots from reproducing, or you believe that people should mind their own business and stop using government to legislate morality.6 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Matthew Cooper

Change ALEC's tax exempt status.ALEC claims to be non partisan & claims it is not a lobbying group. They are extremely partisan & feed state legislatures with pro big business laws. They should not have a tax exempt status.3 of 100 SignaturesCreated by D. Guzman

Where has the separation between church and state gone?Churches are now being run like businesses and are heavily involved in election politics. They now more resemble a corporation and since corporations are now people. They should be required to pay taxes just like "We the people" must do.1 of 100 SignaturesCreated by John Pizzulo

Bring back the Remix (Tropical Sprite Remix)This petition is about convincing coke that there is still demand for Tropical Sprite Remix. If we can show coke that there is demand, it would be a mistake if it wasn't re-introduced into there product line-up.419 of 500 SignaturesCreated by Justin Bailey

Feed Poor Children or Slaughter Wildlife? It is an outrage that our legislators, in their attempts to reduce the federal budget, seem to be able to justify the continued spending of millions of dollars on the decimation of our nation's wildlife but cannot seem to justify the spending of millions of dollars on school lunches for the poorest children in our nation.9 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Dona

Fix the salaries of politicians at the median US salaryThe median salary is a livable income. Setting politicians' (congressmen, senators, cabinet members, etc.) salary at that rate makes it so that they actually take an interest in helping the nation, rather than just claiming that they do. Taking the median rather than the average makes it so that they can't raise their own wages by raising the earnings of the very rich. It forces them to take an interest in making everybody richer, without redistributing wealth.3 of 100 SignaturesCreated by Jorge Goldschmied Chale
