HB 1440, New Hampshire’s 2012 Driver Education Bill, would provide an affordable online driver education option, with parent provided behind-the-wheel training, for teenagers. Many teenagers wait until age 18 to get their driver’s license, when they don’t have to take a driver ed course, because they can't afford the high cost of driving school tuition. HB 1440 would give all NH teenagers an equal opportunity to be educated in this important area.

I believe that the crime of stalking should be amended in Maryland from a misdemeanor crime to a felonious offense.

I am trying to reform an after-school program in two Charleston inner-city schools, and I'm disgusted about the lack of allocated funds to after-school programs and continuing education. Many students that I have come to care about cannot afford the program and do not relearn what they learn during school hours. If we're going to make a better education system, we'll need South Carolina government to get behind the initiative to cause real change in Charleston County Schools and the Corridor of Shame. Instead of handing out tax exemptions, perhaps we should focus on educational innovation!
