• True opt-out option for smart meters in Illinois
All wireless devices, including cell phones, are voluntary and can be turned off when not in use. Smart meters are mandatory and are on 24/7 all the time. When it comes to health-related risks we should have options. Also, Smart Meters measure electricity usage in your home using a transmitting, wireless computer. Posing as a 'smart' and helpful device, it collects data of your family's daily habits and activities. This information is permanently stored as Big Data. By definition a surveillance device, the Smart Meter violates Federal and State wiretapping laws by recording and storing Big Data of private personal activities and behaviors without direct consent or knowledge. Big Utilities promise to keep this data safe and secure. The only secure data is data never collected. We the people of Illinois ( the people who voted you into office) ask that you please address the issue and resolve it in our favor!

  • Demand a thorough FBI investigation the Kavanaugh allegations before there is a hearing .
Enough is enough. This country is in deep trouble given the behavior of this Congress, which borders on being traitorous. Follow the rules. Follow procedure. Conduct a real confirmation hearing, not fake, self-serving political farce.

  • Prosecute those that willfully left animals to die during Hurricane Florence
There is no place in a civilized country where this should be acceptable, condoned or even accepted. Laws need to be introduced to protect those that need it most. Ghandi said and I quote; " The greatness of a nation and its moral progress, can be judged by the way its animals are treated". We have failed as humans, failed as a nation and failed to protect our animals. The time for change is now

  • Governor Brown: Ban Fur in California
Los Angeles just banned fur! West Hollywood, Berkeley, and San Francisco have done the same. The people of California know that fur is not fashion, and we are ready for a change. Let's take this fur ban to the whole state of California to spare millions of animals -- like foxes, rabbits, and even dogs --from brutal deaths.

  • Help fix our road
Due to flooding in May 2018 our home at Creekridge Drive Eden suffered approximately $30,000 .00 worth of damage as the entire downstairs, garage, yard, and possessions were ruined. We came home from work to an astronomical amount of flooding which could have been avoided if the drainage pipe at Walter Chambers Road was cleaned out as well as the drainage pipe at Creekridge and the creek were monitored, cleared, and large enough to hold the amount of water . Despite efforts to contact the City of Eden with no effort made by the city to address the issue or help with damages we have taken it upon ourselves to monitor the creek, ensure the drainage pipe is clear at Walter Chambers and Creekridge in efforts to prevent future flooding.

  • Texas State Board of Education: Do not eliminate Helen Keller & Hillary Clinton from the history ...
The Texas School Board of Education recently voted to eliminate historical figures Helen Keller and Hillary Clinton from the required history curriculum.. In reality, it could be erasing contributions groundbreaking women have had in our nation. In addition to her many years of public service, Clinton was the first woman to be the nominee for President of a major political party. That is important history. And Hellen Keller was the first deaf-blind person to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree and was a pioneer in the disability rights movement. USA Today reports the Republican-dominated board's decision could affect over 5 million public school students. I hope others here with me in Texas and all concerned individuals from across the nation will sign and share this petition.

  • Stop sexual predator Brett Kavanaugh
On September 16, Christine Blasey Ford came forward publicly about her experience of being sexually assaulted by Brett Kavanaugh, Trump’s Supreme Court nominee. Thanks to her bravery, we now know that Kavanaugh, in addition to being a political danger to women, is a sexual predator. Ford’s story is horrifying. During a party in high school, she described how Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed, tried to pull off her clothing, and covered her mouth as she tried to scream. Kavanaugh's nomination was already on the rocks before Ford came forward with her story. But now, the outcry over Ford's allegations is putting pressure on every senator to come out against Kavanaugh. In just 24 hours following the release of Ford's story, Republican Senators Jeff Flake and Bob Corker have joined Democrats in calling for Kavanaugh's nomination to be delayed and a hearing is planned for Monday. We believe survivors and we believe Christine Blasey Ford. We have all the information we need to know Kavanaugh should not be a Supreme Court Justice. If every Democrat and just a few Republicans come out against Kavanaugh's nomination, we have a real chance to stop this man from a lifetime nomination to the Supreme Court. Send the Senate a clear message: Brett Kavanaugh has no place on the Supreme Court of the United States.

  • Hit the Brakes on Kavanaugh
Professor Christine Blasey Ford’s sexual assault allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh cannot be taken lightly. The rush to confirm Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court must cease until these deeply disturbing allegations are addressed by the Senate Judiciary Committee and by the nominee. Like all survivors, Professor Ford deserves to be heard and treated fairly and respectfully. The abuse she detailed must not be ignored and belittled to jam through a Supreme Court nominee. These allegations come on top of a nomination process already clouded with uncertainty. Millions of pages of Kavanaugh's relevant records have been withheld from the American public. And allowing a President who is under investigation to appoint a Supreme Court Justice who might hear a case related to that investigation would compromise the integrity of the Supreme Court. There is too much at stake to rush this process. The American people deserve to know the full truth about any nominee for a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court -- and putting the brakes on Kavanaugh’s proceedings until we have all the facts is non-negotiable.

  • Trump Obstructs Justice in Toys R Us case
I was the federal court appointed CEO of eToys.com; which was stolen by Bain Capital and made a part of Toys R Us. On March 22, 2017, I sued Trump to block Jay Clayton for SEC and inform him about crooked US Attorney Colm Connolly. The D.C. Clerk of Court refused to docket my case (HAAS v. TRUMO) until 3 weeks after (May 24th) Jay Clayton was confirmed. Then Trump nominated Colm Connolly for Delaware Federal Court. Mitt Romney is being protected by Trump - Obstructively - to protect Goldman Sachs from indictment. There are many laws against this, including RICO; but no one with the guts enough to take on Romney & Goldman Sachs. America needs thus investigation.
