• Stop Kavanaugh — #MeToo
Make things personal. If you are a constituent of a “yes” voting Senator, you have a chance to make yourself heard. Entitle the missive: “You Can Do Better.” If you are a domestic violence, rape, or sexual assault survivor send copies of your medical records and police reports to the following: YOU ARE NOT POWERLESS. Here’s what you can do to fight. Sen. Coons was visibly moved to do the right thing because personal friends called and told him of their sexual assaults: Call, write, fax, and show up to the offices of these Senators - Shelley Moore Capito Susan Collins Joe Donnelly Jeff Flake Heidi Heitkamp Dean Heller Joe Manchin Jerry Moran Lisa Murkowski Jon Tester This list is a combo of GOP Senators that are teetering on the edge of being decent human beings (or reasonable facsimiles) and a handful of red-state Dems who might need encouragement. Keep the pressure on. Even if you don’t live in their states, remind their staffs that you have every right to a voice because this SCOTUS decision affects EVERYONE in the United States for generations to come. Don’t succumb to hopelessness, despair, and rage. Use that power to fight back; use that power to change the trajectory of the future of this country. YOU CAN DO THIS. I know you can. I believe in you, I believe in all of us. Rest if you need it and ask for help if you need it because self-care is the key to survival and success. #MeToo You got this.

  • Sen. Feinstein: Agree to An Expedited Vote on a New Nominee
The White House and Republicans are pushing through Judge Kavanaugh in significant part because they believe that it will get more difficult after the election. It is most important at this point that we support women like Dr. Ford rather than trying to oppose any Supreme Court nominee for the rest of Trump's term, which is unlikely to succeed.

  • Tell the FBI: Investigate Trump's History of Sexual Assault
Americans deserve to live in a country where they know their leadership are not guilty of sexual assault. The accusations against Donald Trump are serious, and deserve a full investigation by an independent body.

  • Disability grandfather clause
New disability back pay law put into effect a few years ago. People who have been applying for disability for 7+ years are now being told .If you are put on disability you no longer get the back pay you should. New law put into effect about 4 years ago states you only will receive 3 years back pay. There should be a grandfather clause in effect. As of new law and new people applying for disability then that law should apply. Not for people who have been strung along by the system and punished and now take what is ours away from us. I believe ridiculous and completely unacceptable. I cannot believe that the government for the persons in charge of this new law put into place did not have enough sense to put a Grandfather Clause in there for people who have been waiting for 6 to 10 years. I myself have been waiting for 8+ years. For me to recently find out that I lost has been put into effect that anyone Weatherby someone that's been applying for a year or 10 years will only be able to receive a Max of 3 years of back pay of the disability money that they and we have worked for. We deserve every penny of what we put into it. And I personally spoke to someone in the Federal Department that take care of our Senators. Flat out stated that it's because the state of Missouri does not want to pay the people they Monies. Don't try and come back and say all that person didn't say that because they did and I've worked for this person off and on with my case for disability for a few years and I know they are not lying. I'm not asking for anything other than what is mine what I worked for my sweat my lack of sleep the hard work that I put into it and now for you guys to have just take it upon yourself to put a law into place and I just happened to stumble across it. Whomever you people are that voted or discussed how you were going to affect or skim the money from certain areas or whatever and however you went about it for it to affect us people who are filing for disability should be ashamed of yourselves but I know that you're not you sleep like babies and I know it. It's unfortunate that you will probably never be on this side of the fence and have to deal with people such as yourselves making the decisions for us the little guys The Americans the ones making it happen out here in the world doing all the Dirty Work. And that's it thank you that we get. You guys need to reevaluate this law that you passed. I truly believe that there needs to be he disability Grandfather Clause that anybody that had applied for disability before the new law was put into effect within the last 4 years that this new law does not apply to them. I know there are several of us out there in the same situation. And we are not going down without a fight. So I will be the first one to send this out and I will pray that it spreads like wildfire and that we will have many many many people sign this petition and sent into you guys and hopefully something will be done. But whoever handles these petitions will do the right thing and make sure the right thing comes out of this. So everyone out there that's in the same position that I am or similar please help me help you send this out to everyone you know and every social media application that you use and have their friends sign it and their friends sign it and so forth and so on. Time is of the essence so let's get to work!

  • Stop Hate Crimes Against LGBT American, African Americans, and the Female Gender Citizens' Rights
Stop Hate Crimes Against LGBT American, African Americans, and the Female Gender Citizens' Rights. Also to have the NYPD to enforce such laws as soon as possible. Because if NYPD serves as an example, then other cities and states shall too. There are far too many discriminations towards the LGBTQ, People Of Color, and women who experience such behavior in 2018. We would like to seek change before 2018's Thanksgiving Holiday.

  • Justice for Dr. Ford
I know whereof I speak. My husband was a beligerent drunk. For years he traumatized our family until I finally got the courage to challenge him. Even then it took several years to complete my divorce. The damage he did to both me and my children was extensive. Don't let that happen to the Supreme Court!

  • Shame on you, Senator Grassley
Women have come forward to attest that Brett Kavanaugh has committed CRIMES against them. Instead of investigating, you and your staff have trivialized their claims and shamed these victims – who dared to speak out about his sexual misconduct – and are dragging them through the gutter. In the past, your Iowa values would never have tolerated such conduct ... but now you have become part of what's wrong in Washington, willing to let the end justify the means. You have lost your Iowa values. You destroy your legacy.
