The alleged criminal investigation against Mayor Correa has him unable to do his job in our opinion. Public funds via his Mayoral salary are going towards legal fees, and he has formed a legal defense fund to help with those fees. This alleged criminal investigation is nothing but a major distraction for our city, and it tarnishes the city’s reputation. This could all end easily with the Mayors resignation. His unwillingness to be transparent and honest about this makes matters worse. Our city deserves better.

My son Silas has been physically assaulted by the same student twice this year. The school is aware of the issue and is not providing adequate action to make me feel like my children are safe on the bus. Upon sharing this with other parents I was made aware of many other situations that have occurred on the HES Buses that should not happen. Our kids deserve to be safe at school and on the buses.

Atlas Township is a community of "Farms and Family," and this pending outdoor recreation area is not in alignment with this type of setting for our community. In addition, a country-like subdivision of 30 homes is directly across from the identified property along with several surrounding homes whose property will be adjacent to or in close proximity to this proposed park. This will create traffic congestion in an area that is already becoming a danger, noise pollution, and additional wear and tear on the roads. An outdoor recreation park of this nature will detract from the serene, country-living for area residents.

For over two decades, Robert Kelly has been a predator. R. Kelly has sexually, emotionally, and mentally abused young Black girls and has gotten away scot-free while RCA, Kelly’s record label, continues to benefit from his tours, album sales and songs which glorify his abuse and assault of young Black women. All that needs to come to an end. Demand RCA drop R. Kelly from their label. Color of Change strives to create a world where Black women and girls are supported, encouraged, and most of all, believed. Studies show that as many as 60% of Black women are sexually abused by 18, and it’s because of a culture of normalizing and excusing the predatory actions of men like Kelly and companies like RCA who enable him.

The State Route 57 and Chestnut Ridge intersection has been a problem ever since Walmart was built. The traffic congestion is always bad and it gets really severe during peak shopping times. With more business planned east and south of the intersection, it is only going to get worse. ODOT needs to take the lead on fixing this horrible situation.

The American taxpayer should not pay for the press secretary's duties any longer. It's all obfuscation and lies. We pay taxes for this ruse. No more.

Following an investigation released last November which garnered national media attention, six activists with Direct Action Everywhere now face ten years in prison. Sanpete County, Utah County District Attorney Kevin Daniels filed felony burglary and theft charges Thursday, claiming, “They came here to Sanpete County and entered into turkey shed buildings belonging to turkey farmers in this area and essentially turkey-napped turkeys.” Taking sick animals to the vet isn’t burglary, it isn’t a felony, or “turkey-napping”--it’s what any decent person would do. The industry isn’t concerned about a missing injured bird, who they would’ve thrown in the trash like they do millions of others every year. They’re concerned about exposure. They know that when ordinary people see animals being hurt, they’re outraged. And that outrage is bad for their bottom line. We demand that Mr. Daniels represent the interests of ordinary, compassionate people, not violent corporations. That whistleblowers and animal rescuers be respected and protected, not repressed and prosecuted. Compassion is not a crime!

In a deposition taken of a Disney Executive Melissa Merklinger she admits under oath that there exists an employee Toxic File list of Disney employees created by Disney Human Resources and she has seen it. Her Assistant Helena Mobley under oath in her deposition to my attorney stated she seen the file and it contained pictures of the employees and that she remembers them being mostly if not all minorities. In another deposition under oath Labor Manager Tanya Naylor admitted she created a Power Point presentation on creating a Toxic employee file and did a presentation to two Disney Vice-Presidents, Jeff Villella and Jeff Vahle. Cambridge has recently lost two vital music spaces in Central Square, this includes Out of the Blue Art Gallery and Mobius. Adding the EMF building to this list would be deeply troubling to the community. Tell John P. DiGiovanni to please allow the tenants at 110-120 Brookline St. 5 months to arrange suitable locations for our displaced businesses and artists. There are insufficient vacant rehearsal spaces in Cambridge and the surrounding areas. A mere 30 days to re-home over 100 artists and businesses is just not adequate. There are multiple recording studios in the building that have invested significant funds in infrastructure over the years. These establishments will be hemorrhaging money if they are forced to close their doors prematurely.
