I have done everything in my power to get my 2 children back out of Foster Care this case worker that i have had in the past 3 years has done nothing but be against me in every aspect. She has talked to me like trash and has even made the comment that " I dont deserve my kids" i just cant live with this i have done everything and when i say everything i have done it. I have took every class took every drug screen and hair folicals and PASSED. I have maintained my home im a single mother and work every single day. My reason for this petition is too get this case worker Felishia Crouch investaged and to also proove a point that im not the only one they have done this too. I just dont feel like she can do the things she is doing and saying they are holding my kids from me because of a man that they SAY im with when im not witch is the kids farther. I even went and got a year DVO out on him to try and proove myself but they still continue to call me a lier and took my visits away and my court date was 3 months away. So here i am trying to fight for my life and get my children and my worker has just given up. In my heart i know i can do something and make this happen but i need yalls help. So why is it that we portray statues in major cities of pro-confederates (those that support slavery) throughout our nation? This needs to be reconsidered, greatly. Those who oppose getting rid of the pro-confederate monuments suggest that it erases a part of their ancerstry and it means a lot to them because it's a part of their heritage and their history. However the confederate flag and its monuments symbolize one thing: the belief that owning a black person is right and that they are the subordinate race. Slavery is a harsh and unusual punishment that humans dictated over others and it is wrong. It's not something we should continue to glorify via monuments or flags. We can still teach people our history without making it seem like our cultural views about slavery and freedom seem one sided. Culturally, why do we even have these monuments here? They're not promoting what we want our nation to be which is together AND united. Hate crime has been on the rise since these monuments have landed and if we can get rid of them that would mean a lot to the lives of millions of people that oppose confederate monuments.

Considering unchecked gun ownership in the U.S. has reached an Everest level we need some slippery slope to get back to sanity. Las Vegas is just the latest example of our allowing an out of control gun culture in our country. Here is my personal stance on civilian owned firearms and their ammunition. If it's not appropriate for hunting food it's not appropriate to own. Period. What is legal in each state for hunting should dictate the criteria for firearms and their ammunition as being legal for civilian ownership only. It's simplistic enough that anyone can understand it. It speaks to the tradition of the 2nd amendment for self preservation. And using that simple template they could go down the list of available firearms and ammunition saying Yes or No to each one. The Dept. of game and fishing in each state could give the criteria. They limit what can and can't be used in hunting. The GOP, and limply the NRA, is coming forward with banning Bump Stocks. Yay. Yiippie. When we get specific we only open the door for innovation. Someone right now is drawing up plans for a device that will do the exact same thing but won't fall under the definition of a Bump Stock. This is their way of appeasing since the conversation of #GunControl has entered the world of Country Music. The NRA is only 5 million members strong. So why do they carry so much power? Because they can mobilize those 5 million members in an instant to express their one and only message. NO! And they think about guns 24/7. On the other side is a variety of nuanced arguments powered by an apathetic grouping of people. The vast majority of which do not own even one firearm. People who only think about the devastating affect of firearms in our society when a tragedy happens. If you want to play with military grade weapons then join the military. Otherwise the ATF should be rounding these things up. More people have died due to civilian gun use since 1965 in the U.S. than in all our wars combined. 3% of Americans own 50% of the firearms. What civilian needs an arsenal? And for what reason? #GunControlNow A stance as simple as "NO!" is one that is difficult to fight. Gun Control has a much greater level of support than a lack of Gun Control. I believe how we gain ground on the other side of that argument of "No!" is to become less nuanced. Less varied. And less apathetic. #GunControlNow Tell Congress to craft a bill of legalization for civilian ownership of firearms based on the principle of 'What is legal in each state for hunting will dictate the criteria for firearms and their ammunition as being legal for civilian ownership only.'

Everyone may be affected if Trump's threats and ill-informed aggressive rhetoric doesn't end. It needs to stop NOW!

It's time to move away from fossil fuels and toward an economy powered entirely by clean energy - for jobs, for our health, and for our future. We need to start using accurate language to describe automatic and semi-automatic weapons. They are used for war and for killing. They are not used to assault they are used to kill. When people are assaulted, they usually live. When automatic guns are used, people are killed. These are Killing Rifles.

The NRA has bought too many of our Congressional representatives, thwarting the broad public support for common-sense gun control.

The time IS NOW to fight back against the NRA-an organization that has been callous in its disregard for the rights of Americans to be protected against the terror of gun violence.

The NRA is anything but a normal organization supporting sportsmen. They represent gun manufacturers and will do anything to sell more guns. Time & time again we are witness to carnage in our country because the NRA will not support reasonable laws to promote gun safety. VISA should not be a part of this.
