• Stop Bank of America Ripping Us all off
Bank of America has been transferring many home mortgages to various servicing agencies, e.g. Greentree, with accounts delinquent on the payments (which the customers have made) to taxes, etc and escrow accounts in deficit balance. They also keep sending the customers the last mortgage statement which the customers pay but Bank of America does not transfer to Greentree Greentree is asking the customers to pay the deficit. that Bank of America has left behind.

  • Stop FY 2013 Agriculture Appropriations Bill
Big Agri-business, in an attempt to subvert existing crop cultivation laws, is backing a bill that would prevent the USDA from enforcing regulations halting the planting of illegal, potentially hazardous genetically engineered crops before their safety has even been determined.

  • Dog and Cat Breeding Mills in the State of Minnesota
Because Minnesota is a large Agricultural state the breeding of all animals falls under the Ag committee. To regulate the breeding of dogs and cats would open the door to the breeding of animals as food. According to the state consensus so far that would be a bad thing. To treat all animals in a human way would defeat the making of money by large corporations that raise our food. It's a very money in your pocket kind of legislation so it's not popular. There is a woman in the state that has been working on this for over twenty years. It's just plain shameful.

  • Prosecute Wall Street
Wall Street Banks have been found guilty of fraud and unethical practices repeatedly over the past decade. Each time they get a slap on the wrist and promise to never do it again. In 2008, they were exposed once again for fraudulent practices that lead to the collapse of our financial system. They were fined, then given tax payer money to pay those fines. So they defrauded you and paid the fine with your money. It's time to prosecute Wall Street Banking Executives!

  • Stop Banks Gouging the Poor and Elderly with Outrageous Overdraft Fees
The Federal Reserve under former Chairman Greensberg said overdraft fees are not interest. This is untrue. When did banks get to set fines? Stop this scam and set reasonable interest charges on the overdrafts. Tell the CFPB to get on this NOW!

  • Hey Walmart... Bring back the "Made In USA" Campaign
In the early stages of the company, a rising entrepreneur, Sam Walton, began a company which proudly touted products with the “Made In the USA” logo. As a child I can remember some pride in knowing I was helping the U.S. economy while shopping for lower prices. Lower prices were just a happy by-product. Fast forward 25 years later, and “Made in the USA” is nowhere to be seen and is definitely not a selling point. Keep in mind that we as Americans have always been an inventive people, but we won WWI and WWII because as a nation we were able to draw upon a manufacturing sector second to none. What if we needed to enter WWI with the state of our current manufacturing sector? Imagine. Today, our manufacturing sector is suffering due to the outsourcing of manufacturing jobs and from a lack of proper tariffs to protect our workers. The bottom line outweighs the moral necessity to help others. As an Arkansan, nothing would make me happier than to see our greatest success story step up and reengage the workers of this country. Stop allowing the expenditures by the 99% of the USA, the ones who need to save the most, also be the leading contributor to bleeding our manufacturing sector simply because they need the low prices the most. Let's make America a manufacturing power-house again. Only one company has the power on its own to actually sbring about change, as it did during its inception when Sam was at the helm.

  • Overturn Citizens United through a Constitutional Amendment
All (real) citizens of the USA are disempowered by the new, overwhelming cash advantage of large corporate and wealthy donors to political campaigns. That advantage allows fear and misinformation to be used to subvert the true will of the people!
