Last week, Fox Business' Eric Bolling said that President Obama has a habit of having "hoodlum[s] in the hizzouse," referring to an official meeting the president had with an African head of state at the White House. Bolling also said that President Obama was too busy "chugging forties" in Ireland to respond to the recent tornadoes in Missouri and more. These statements play off of racist stereotypes and are unacceptable. Fox needs to either fire Bolling or admit that they accept his brand of stereotyping and race-baiting. The Supreme Court ruled in 2010 in Citizens United that corporations are persons who are entitled to all of the rights protected in the Constitution. This is based on a lie. They were never before recognized as natural persons like you and me. Corporations are global, powerful and wealthier than many nations. The ruling will essentially allow corporations to enslave us. We must oppose it, and an amendment is the best way to do it.

Justice Clarence Thomas has violated federal law and rules of ethics by falsifying 20 years of financial disclosure forms and engaging in judicial insider trading to enrich himself from the Citizens United decision. We're calling on the Justice Department to apply Equal Justice Under Law to the conduct of Clarence Thomas.

Limiting corporate political influence

Nothing threatens our democracy more than the increasing takeover of our political and legal processes by corporations, and nothing has accelerated this takeover more than this Supreme Court decision that allows unlimited corporate contributions to political campaigns without disclosure.

This petition is to recall Florida Gov. Rick Scott, and to get him out of The Florida Legislature. He is a fascist, who has lost this state thousands of jobs, cuts state pensions and has made cuts to the education system. He is a terrible man, and he doesn't deserve to be a Governor.
